Buciffero needs to hire professional managers,not wannabes straight from the projects! The attitudes of the managers and employees is disgusting and rude. They mess up your order,you go back to get it corrected and you get attitude and nasty things said to you by the managers and it’s their crew that messed up the order! This location is so lucky I’m not a manager there. The entire staff would be gone and I would start over. Supposed to be fast,friendly and decent quality food. This is a slow,attitude filled non friendly low quality restaurant at best. Not returning ever again to this location. It needs to be shut down and restructured staff wise!

We went to this McDonald’s as our plans to go other place didn’t work, I ordered at the kiosk and my order was Bacon double meal, when I paid I didn’t get a receipt as we were in a hurry I forgot when I got my meal I asked the girl for the receipt as I was not able to get it at the kiosk, the lady said yes I can get it for you, but she never did, the burger didn’t came with Baconz when we were leaving I said I am going to ask her about the receipt, we waited and waited the girl kept ignoring us as wanting us to just leave, I kept waiting because I knew something was wrong with the order, finally she gives me the receipt and yes I ordered the bacon meal, I told her well you charged me for bacon but the burger didn’t had bacon, so I asked her how much is the regular with no bacon she said round $3+ and the one with bacon was like $4.50 around that, so I told her well then you need it to refund the money you charged extra, she kept ignoring me, I asked another guy are you the manager? and he said no she is the manager, horrible customer service, my son said is just $1.50 and I said I understand but if they do this to every customer how much money they are keeping extra? And not giving the order as the customer wanted. Very horrible I think she ignored me because I am white, she won’t do anything not even apologizing, I won’t ever go there again the lady is a color lady.

I had a really disappointing experience. There was a hair in my milkshake, which was honestly pretty gross and unacceptable. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the situation. The staff also had poor attitudes and were not friendly or helpful at all. Overall, the customer service was very unprofessional, and I definitely expected much better.

The heavy set lady who happened to be the manager, is completely rude and disrespectful. She does not care how she speaks to you. She yells and has a huge attitude problem. How did she get hired? On top of that, how did she even get hired to be a manager? That is beyond me. Customer service at it’s worst.
Other than that, the two guys that work there are always friendly and treat the customers with respect.

We have been return customers at the State/Alpine location for over 10 years, employees have always been friendly and curtious However, I Entered the lobby this morning and attempted to place a small order at the counter and was waited on by a young Hispanic employee who was extremely Arrogant and Rude . Even though The lobby was totally empty he rudely insisted that I use the Kiosk even after I told him that I really wasn’t efficient at using it and would prefer to just order at the counter . He then grabbed a plastic sign And held it up in front of my face and asked if I could read what it said about ordering at the kiosk . The blatant disrespect is his voice quickly turned the conversation into a mild stand off. I asked “Are people no longer allowed to place orders at the counter ? And he just defiantly refused to answer , finally after frustrating me to the point of anger he simply said he was not going to serve me because I had an attitude. Wow ! He just walked away and would not give his name nor would he allow me to speak to the manager after I asked twice. We will never return to this location as long as this punk is employed there . This young man is giving this restaurant a very bad look

I was told to park because they were waiting on fries. After ten minutes they bring out the food and the fries were cold. There was no nuggets with the daily double. And no chocolate milk with the kids meal.

Like 90% of the staff are pretty cool here. The manager is a cool guy too. I always come through to get my wife her one large coke and usually don’t have any issues. Although they do charge almost $1 more for a coke than any of the surrounding McDonald’s.

Food quality is on par for any standard McDonald’s and can vary from “Ugh” to “Yes, this is normal”

All I wanted was a Coca-Cola. There was no line inside and the girl at the counter refused to take my order saying I had to go to a kiosk. She then turned her back and went to the counter playing with her phone while her co-worker worked her butt off at the drive-thru. I ordered from the kiosk and then went to the counter and had to pronounce all I ordered was a Coke may I please have the cup. The woman at the drive-thru got it for me and the woman at the counter continue to play with her phone.
What’s the point of having someone at the front counter if all they are going to do is play on their phone and refuse to help a customer?

The Buccifero McDonald’s charge more than the other McD’s. Why is that? Do they pay more to their employees or are they price gouging? It’s not like they are cleaner or friendlier.
