THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CAJUN CHICKEN WRAP. There’s no way you can accidentally put pickles and onions on a chicken wrap. Almost every time I come here the staff is rude and the employees seem like they are miserable and don’t want to be there and today they went out of their way to make sure my wrap was ruined because of what I’m assuming was me asking if they heard my order since I said my whole order (for 4 people) and they just said nothing. Wish I could give zero stars

I’m pregnant and had asked my husband to pick me up a tray of double patty burger with 2 corn dogs, nuggets and a cheerwine. The burger had 2 small patties the size of 1 Ketchup packet and this is getting ridiculous. Everything else seemed fine.

So I’m pregnant and went out of my way to go to this cookout to get a Cajun chicken wrap on my break since I’ve been craving it. Return to work only to discover they gave me what looks like a quesadilla version with no seasoning or lettuce. Barely put anything in there take a bite and just bread. I have no time to go anywhere else to get food. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!

Do better Cookout. Your customer service is trash as it is, but now you’re serving people sweet water instead of sweet tea, and giving out chicken strips that are half the size of a pinky finger and counting it as a whole one. Ridiculous.

Hoping they expand to New Jersey. Food & pricing was excellent. Elizabeth City drive thru person was either hard of hearing or their mic system sucks. I’d give 5 stars if she didn’t have such an attitude.
