I have ordered TWO CHOCOLATE SHAKES..I get them and when I leave and open them, they are vanilla flavored.
Then the shake machine is broken and the strawberry flavored doesnt work correct at all.
All I want are my CORRECT FLAVOR OF CHOCOLATE yet the manager Alexander Aguilar refuses to replace and give correct flavor nor fix the machine properly.
This is unfortunate unprofessionalism as I have visited and ordered from this store three days in a row.
Good customer service is getting the order CORRECTLY!

Would love to give this place a 4 or 5 because the food is made well and the employees are professional but I’ve noticed on my last few trips that even when I’m first in the drive through and pull up to the first spot, there’s often a lull and the person who drives up behind me ends up being served first. The first time it happened, I thought it was a one off but it has happened to me more than a few times now.
I’m not assuming malintent but also not sure what to make of this. If I’m first in line, I should be served first. The person who drives up after me often ends up driving around me. It’s annoying and I’ve considered stopping in the second spot just to see what happens. I eat McDonald’s maybe 2-3 times a month but this doesn’t happen to me at other locations.

Waited in line for a (LARGE Coffee) there 3 people in line before me patiently waiting, however after 1 (Thick) and small employee made eye contact at the line around 3 times without saying a word or calling for backup / assistants to ring up to be the one to get the line flowing again (The employee stated above) “must” a last in class graduate from (Mc’ University) she moved without calling for backup to assist like a drunk snail on a hot summers day!

If they are really going to hire people like this they will loose alot of customers going into the lobby or drive-through but may drastically Increase there orders by the way of them using the app.
There was “Nothing” fast about the service here infact you can tell she’s new as she seems scared to make a mistake or call for backup.
I’m glad however she has a job and this review as has nothing to do about her as an individual but more so about “Fast Food” being fast, hey I get it, within the economy today even your youngest needs to work just to make their own money or to help out around the house. I am a Retail Human Resource employee ie: Recruiter- Shyness in the fast pace food industry doesn’t cut it.

FOUND A WORM IN FILLET-O-FISH SANDWICH
Food: Got the fish sandwich and halfway through a worm fell out of the sandwich. It fell on the plate and started wiggling around. It looks like a small caterpillar or moth. I have eaten here a few times and no complaints on those times but today will be my last time eating at McDonald’s.
Service: the team has always been courteous and polite even though they are always busy.
Atmosphere: it is a pretty normal McDonald’s

The employee and the manager didn’t offer me any solution; instead, they were very rude and impolite when I asked them to correct my order on my receipt. I even offered to pay for my receipt again, and that was the problem—the mistake they made. They refused to help me; they simply told me to move because I was in the way.

I just left there! I ordered a large fry and this is what I had. I didn’t eat any fries on my way home. If traffic didn’t suck so bad, I go back. But I will be taking this picture up there tomorrow and I expect a free large fry—-shoot, a whole meal. This is ridiculous.

I just visited this McDonald’s today and have visited it on several occasions. They constantly undercut the order.You pay for something they don’t provide it. You ask for something they don’t get the reason why you’re asking for it. I ordered a large fries today. I got the large fry container but enough fries for a small one. Previously, I’ve ordered cheeseburgers. Asked for no onions, no salt, extra ketchup; I get a burger with no ketchup at all…. Just had another visit. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about putting extra catch up on a burger… Ever since covid , all service workers at fast food restaurants like mcdonald’s and burger king Just don’t give a shit anymore. Maybe higher people that really want to work and can speak and read english.. The owner of this store should feel ashamed. The quality of mcdonald’s is what makes McDonald’s. Both burgers were not supposed to have onions on them.One has onions on them.Thank you very much for not caring about your customers. I wish corporate would take away your ability to run the store or come in and take over your Staff needs to Change either get better or Go work somewhere else…
