Hey, so I went to this location today at 9:38pm first thing I went through the drive-through and the young lady said sorry for the inconvenience you have to come in so I came in as I arrived. I placed my order on the kiosk and sat down and waited for my food. As I waited. I watched the girl as she stood at the register texting on the phone while handing a customer a cup for her fountain drink next she I’m guessing, went to start bagging my order and I watched her scoop the fries into the container and throw the fry in my bag so of course the fries were upside down on the bottom of the bag. Then she gave me my blue raspberry frozen drink. I had to tell her I also had a high sea orange with my fish fillet meal then she gave me another cup while I was waiting for my food. I noticed that in the lobby dining area all the tables were dirty. I was a bit confused because it was for Staff that I can see in the restaurant and only two customers, including myself. The best part is when I got home my sandwich was so hard. The cheese was melted on the back of the box which means they didn’t even put the sandwich together neatly and it was a completely old piece of fish is extremely hard photos below I pay about $15 and can’t even eat my food because it was completely old. I will be reaching out to corporate Monday morning. This is ridiculous. I’d rather for them to say that they don’t have any fish fillet then to give me something that’s extremely old and been sitting a heart that’s not even edible not to mention no one said thank you have a nice day or anything. Some people don’t need to be in customer service. This location really needs to evaluate who they leave and charge or who is working. It was an extremely horrible experience. Not to mention, I asked for one sweet-and-sour sauce that I paid for she gave me three sweet-and-sour sauce and my bag was full of napkins. I have so many napkins in a bag. I couldn’t see the sweet-and-sour until I took everything out the bad. I noticed that part because I am a business owner and supplies cost money so for her to give me 16 napkins is insane.

Manager on night shift (white lady) was very rude and unprofessional too busy smoking cigarettes outside with her employees in the back when i received my order! the nuggets were hard and old, fries was soggy, and the apples were expired. when calling to talk to manager complaining that my kids said the apples taste funny she said “from one day” in a smart alec tone! and then continued to say “you can bring the apples back so i can check them out there’s nothing i can do about it” if she wasn’t too busy smoke her cigarette like it was a pipe our order would have been correct! i will be getting my refund

This is the third time I’ve ended up at this location. Every time, I found the door closed at 8:00 a.m., even though according to the schedule it should be open. Because of this, I had to cancel DoorDash orders since the wait time at the drive-thru is very long.
Today, for the third time, I tried again. It’s 8:40 a.m. and the door is still closed. I placed an online order, but no one comes outside to bring it to you. They just signal you to go to the drive-thru. The door is closed as usual at 8:40. I had to walk to the drive-thru to pick up the order.
If you have time to wait, you can come here. If not, look somewhere else. I would avoid this place, especially for food delivery orders. I don’t think anyone wants to waste time here when they can make money somewhere else where things actually work properly.

The dirtiest place I have ever seen. Half cooked fries to hurry up and disrespectful staff towards a police officer. Wouldn’t help get his order taken care off. Gave a political answer oh I would have to remove the order from Drive Thru and ring it here and there’s only 1 person there in drive thru. If y’all weren’t so worried about raising prices outlandishly and not schedule enough staff to handle your business it would be a lot better. It is no wonder McDonalds is losing ground and money

Wife and I stop for a quick bite (from akron to Buffalo and back.) We waited 20 minutes at the stupid intercom to just order the food. 20 freaking minutes we said hello multiple times and the reply just a moment. Get to the window and not even kidding they were so rude waited 5 minutes to take our payment gave th card back quick. Then we sat there 15 freaking more minutes waiting for the food. When we got the food it was all wrong. 2 double cheese burgers no pickle or onion and fries. The fries were cold the burgers had everything on them. So we went in. They swapped out the burgers but that took another 10 minutes. SO IF YOU HAVE A SPARE HOUR TO WASTE. STOP HERE AND EAT. GOOD LUCK. VERY RUDE. MCDONALD’S HAS GONE TO CRAP EVERYWHERE

When u asked for fresh fires the guy look at me with glare and stuck his hands in the fries to check if they were cold.
Then the fry cooked said they were fresh but they cold.
Then I asked for napkins, and the guy have me a strare down as if I was putting him out, and proceeded to help the next guy in line and took his order and then handed a six inch stack of napkins.
I felt disrespected and angry.
All the time it took to get napkins my food quality suffered and so did my appetite.
The lady that was expediting had an attitude as well when I asked her for a cup.
Maybe they were all having a bad day.
If so, I could tell.

One of the worst McDonalds out there ! First of all always a long wait . Workers are always rude besides a few at the first window . I went today and they had an older lady at the 2nd window giving out food with dried up snot around her nose and white residue around her lips which is unacceptable and unsanitary !! It’s a restaurant !! Terrible terrible -4 stars! I wouldn’t miss it if it closed down ! Corporate needs to step in and do something before it does .

The young lady that serve my fiancé and I this morning was the epitome of customer service, she was so pleasant and wanting to serve, she asked if we needed condiments, she just was simply nice and it really made our day, and u can tell that she not just working that’s in her spirit. I didn’t get her name but she is a beautiful brown skin woman with braids I think she is the manager. If you see this honey just know I’m that very brief interaction, a very simple transaction, u really made an impression for just sharing your energy with us this morning so thank you.

Went there twice in the last two weeks. Never again. Ordered on the app both times. Go to the counter and they literally say nothing to you at all. When I ask they get mad like why am I ralking to them. Both times it was the young black female manager. I guess she was the manager because she was dressed differently. My last visit was on 11/29 around 2:30 pm. You all need to hire real adults to run this place not these people who give you then Gen Z stare when you walk in. And the bathrooms smell like a sewer and are filthy. Why do you allow this McDonald’s?

The girl working the drive thru window screamed at me to give her a minute when she didn’t greet me or even say anything at all to begin with and I asked did she get my number I gave her. She was rude to me and said go to 2 and she slammed her drive thru window in my face at the beginning I went inside to ask if I could just pick up my order and they told me I HAD to go through the drive through , they couldn’t just hand it to me because “that’s what I selected in the app” I was just going here for a quick trip on my 30 minute lunch break from work. I get it’s just fast food but no reason to be so rude.
