9/27/2025- who was working this night at 10pm?
Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and saw 3 cars in front of us leave while ordering. Line wasn’t long but still took 20 min to order. Once it was finally our turn, we were told three times “we’ll be right with you”. After another 10 minutes, Finally we put our order in and we’re told they were “out” of impossible burgers. They clearly were telling EVERYONE in front of us they were OUT of whatever was being ordered so they didn’t have to make it. Don’t come here. You’ll waste your time

The woman who helped us was nice and fun. It was my first time at a white castle. Like ever. Not just talking about a restaurant. I’ve been in castles before, or as the French say a chateau. But they didn’t serve soggy bun burgers holding fried meat.
But this one did. And it was, well, it was kinda what I expected. Will I be back?
Definitely going back to castles. I think those are really cool. And I’d LOVE to find a secret passage in one. Like you see on Scooby Doo or something. But I think of you tried to give Scooby Doo a white castle burger instead of a Scooby snack I think he might bite you.
Fries were pretty good though.

From Louisiana, this was my first visit to White Castle & I only came bc of the Harold & Kumar movie… the chick in this particular drive thru had an attitude as bad as her drawn on brows & they charged $3 to add cheese to a three mini burgers! It’s a check off the bucket list but nah, I’d never go back & I wouldn’t send anybody else either. The movie was the best thing they have going in my opinion.

The food was hot and fresh. The wait time was ridiculous. We waited a good 15 minutes with one car ahead of us. Also the service was terrible. The drive thru worker was short, disrespectful, and was upset at me that she got the order wrong. Maybe practice listening instead of being angry that you’re working at a white castle during what should be your retired years.
