My experience here was amazing! Great food, good atmosphere, and the most important part for any restaurant is service. Our waitress I think her name was Sara, Was phenomenal! She had a great attitude, and kept up with everyone at once. It looked like she had a pretty big section, but made it look easy. Not once did we have to ask for refills and everything came out correctly. She was tea. Will definitely be back!!!

MARQUISSS IS THAT GUY. Seriously one of the best servers I’ve ever had at Chili’s. From the moment we sat down, the energy was on point — super friendly, funny, and locked in the whole time. Drinks never empty, food perfect, vibes immaculate. He made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. If you’re eating here and don’t get Marquisss, you’re doing it wrong. Give this man a raise!!

Waitress rarely visited our table. We were left without drinks for a long time. Waitress forgot to place the order in the kitchen for a dessert and then rolled her eyes at me when asked if we could get it before we paid(she was bringing us our ticket)
Table beside us had their order wrong three times. They were out of several things as well.
She then continued to hover over us while we paid emphasizing on a tip.
The only positive was the food. The food was great. Just took a while to receive it.

A colleague and I ate here on January the eighth just last Thursday, one of our servers her name was Logan was in training and she was exceptional I believe they said it was only her second day and she was already taking orders, running out food and was overall a very delightful young lady. Come to find out in a facebook group posted by I believe her father she is looking for work being her training was terminated because she caught the flu. That is the issue with companies like this you find great employees and let them go for absurd reasons. She was not only a very pretty girl but was great at providing service, me and my colleagues business will not be back until this is made right.

We went here to have something different from Hispanic food. We eat a lot of that because I can’t eat gluten. Anyhow, I had grilled salmon with ancho pesto, broccoli and Mexican rice. The salmon was delicious, cooked just right. The broccoli was also good. I didn’t care for the rice. I think a pilaf would have been better with this. My daughter had a smash burger. She said it was really good. Our waitress was attentive and understood my need for gluten free food.

Chili’s is such a great place to eat. I had the lunch special. Mexi bowl and it was delicious. Wasn’t extremely expensive either. The atmosphere was nice.. some beautiful ladies worked there and smiled the whole time. Service was awesome and they were really kind with good ole southern hospitality! I will definitely be back for another visit soon!

I would NOT rate this at all, because having to wait OVER an hour and people who got here probably 20 minutes after us were sat before us and we were still waiting, the hosts with pink and black hair skips over people so if you want to come come early and not be on a list or you’ll be skipped over.

It had been like 10 years for my family since we ate here and I can’t say anything bad about the food or service. The only thing was it was super cold! And also quite expensive but everywhere is now right? The food was great and fresh worth it for real. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive!
