These folks were the unsung heroes during the recent snow storm in Sevierville. Almost every place was closed (understandably) but the Dominoes staff here braved the weather and doing an excellent job of keeping up with the demand. We ordered two carryout pizzas and we’re amazed at how treacherous the roads still were. But the pizzas were delicious and the staff here was great. Great job guys!

Ordered online on a Friday evening around 5:30 for pickup and they had it ready in 15mins. Ordered 2 pizzas one grilled chicken and one specialty both were made perfect. It was during the Slammedenuf car show and the town was pretty packed so I was pleasantly surprised with the service.

Ordered pizza that wasn’t correct, worse yet when we got home the pizza had been turned upside down, WORSE YET we found a very long HAIR baked into the pizza. I did NOT ASK FOR ANOTHER PIZZA. I want every one of them fired & start over. No management was visible, no hair nets & NO COMMON SENSE. Please never get pizza here, I like Domino’s pizza but this place is absolute GARBAGE.

Ordering on the app is always easy and straightforward. This store was awesome though. From the time I placed the order, they were on it. The order was prepped and in the oven immediately, then once boxed and checked, it was out the door. Alexander was the delivery driver and he was not only polite, but called me 3 minutes out to give me a verbal that he was almost here. The pizza was hot, not warm, when I opened the boxes. The whole family was shocked the taste was better than our local Domino’s. I’m not sure why this store has a low rating, but my experience all the way around is 5 stars. Great job!
