Worst McDonald’s in town. Your employees are rude. This time was so bad. I told the woman thank you. She didn’t even look at me and closed the window without a word. Eh, could be worse I guess. But the burger I got the meat was so old. I can tell it was sitting in the warmer for awhile as I have 5 1/2 years in fast food myself and in management. I haven’t had a good experience here in years.

This is an absolutely horrible location. Go a few mins down the road to any other location than this one. They have givin me hours old food. They have given me food soaked in far too much sauce. The fries are always cold. And every single employee looks like they hate their lives.

I have lived near here for 20 years. The service and quality have TANKED this year and it is solely the fault of the owner. This place is never staffed fully. Actually to say it is staffed at all would be an overstatement. I think there were 2 people working there today at dinner. I had to wait 20 minutes for a mobile order that was redone 3 times and STILL not correct. Will never go back again. What a shame.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw that my order was ready according to the code number. I took the order, put it aside, and asked the girl if it was ready. She told me, with an annoyed look, to put the bag back where it was because it wasn’t ready yet. After making me wait 10 minutes, she asked me for my order number, and I showed it to her. She said yes, it was ready. But she made me wait on purpose because it was already ready. I overheard a short African American girl with a bun saying “stupid” and how badly she treated me. This happened today, Tuesday, November 11th, at 6:40 pm.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to fire the tema leader/manager. I spent 1/2 hour listening to the staff screaming at each other behind the counter over a “break”. I won’t go back. Leave your screaming unprofessional behavior at home. This is the most unpleasant experience I e ever had at a McDonald’s restaurant.

My husband went through the drive through to get us breakfast, came back home after a two minute drive and saw that they gave him the wrong item. He took it back simply to get what he ordered and they tried to tell him that was what he ordered before they even looked at the item. That and we always get charged for extra sauce on our breakfast sandwiches and they never give it. All the people that work the front of the store are some of the rudest people I have ever met.

They ask drive through customers to park and then make them wait for someone to walk their food out.
Waited for 30 min before I went in and they had forgotten about me. Once I was inside it took 1 minute to get my food.
This is the only location I’ve ever been to that’s asked folks to wait in parking lot. The workers walking the food out are zombies- walking so slow with no thought behind their eyes. They tried to bring me someone else’s order.
If they ask if you’ll wait in the parking lot, I’d advise you say no.
They gave me a coupon for a free meal, so I appreciate the manager for acknowledging their mistake.

Ordered drive-thru . Girl said go to drive-thru #3 . So a girl came out with food three times and asked me what did you order ? She couldn’t find anyone so took the bags back in . I finally got my food and the lady in drive-thru #1 was still there . Plus my large fries and drink plus my chicken sandwich didn’t have the monopoly game pieces on them ! They should visit the McDonald’s on Morse east of Karl . They know how to get people through without telling them to park somewhere.

Ordered a shake in the app and selected table service while I ate my meal waited 15min for it then got up to see if it was done. They told me they don’t make shakes because they just finished cleaning the machine and gave me a smoothie instead. Glad they gave me something but really wanted the shake. Im also hoping the super long curled fake nails didnt touch my food.
