Just went through the drive through. We ordered a 2 piece mixed meal and a chicken sandwich. We asked for honey as well. The menu board is broken and only 1.2 showing. We were not given any straws for our drinks, no napkins and no honey. He remembered it and went back to get it. After we left we realized the other missing items. I started tearing into my chicken to find it RAW!!! I am disappointed, disgusted and still hungry! Had this piece of chicken been given to a kid they may have eaten it and not realized it was raw. This could make someone incredibly sick.

Waited 30 minutes for three chicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich during the busiest part of the day when the restaurant should have been the most prepared. No mention from the staff that they were out of anything or of extended cook times. After all that the food wasn’t fresh. Whoever manages this store is doing a terrible job.

First of all great customer service from Timothy the cashier and staff. He had everything locked down from the time you place your order till the time you get your order and also as well the staff in the back on the kitchen. Heard them talking back and forth and everything sounded like great teamwork. Everyone worked together. Great job guys. Definitely would come again for their outstanding customer service. Hope you guys get recognized by Popeyes for making them look good.

When they do it right it’s good, but more often than not they either get the order wrong or give me some dry overcooked chicken. The last two times I went they gave me spicy instead of mild chicken. And this is not the first time this has happened. They need to start paying more attention to the way they prepare the meals.

First if you ask for mild they give you spicy. Then the chicken appeared to be old and refried in 6 month old grease totally unacceptable. Whoever is in charge needs a lot more training are the green sheet. The worse Popeye’s in the state when it comes to the food.

The service is the worst of all Popeyes, and I have been to a lot of them. First, I ordered a plain spicy chicken sandwich, slaw, and a diet coke. As usual, they were out of slaw, so I went with fries. Next, I pull up to the window to pay for my order. The sulky child handed my drink out the window and it was covered in soda on the sides. I asked if she could wipe if off before handing to out to me. Double sulkiness for that request. Then, they ask me to pull to the side. 15 minutes later, a man delivered my meal, except when I pullout the sandwich (yes, I touched the bun), it was not what I had ordered. Then looking the bottom of the bag there were two more items that did not belong to me. Therefore, I had to go in. The man who brough out my meal said, “what’s wrong.” I said, “not my order.” Then he does some hand signals and told the sulky girl to take that bag out to the correct person. I then spoke up and said, I touched that sandwich ate some of those fries. Then he said ok, make a new one. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new sandwich and fries. I go out to my car and start eating, and they still had not given me the right sandwich. I had exceeded my 30 minute lunch time and just left. Not going back, especially knowing that they will take food back and give it to someone else.

This Popeyes is definitely worth it. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is amazing. The staff are amazing and I was privileged to sow a word from the Lord while I was there. If you get the opportunity and can stop and eat it’s definitely worth the experience.

I have been a huge fan of Popeyes my whole life. Unfortunately, I have not eaten there in years due to an unbelievable amount of poor experiences. Almost every Popeyes I have visited in my state of Louisiana has been rude, lazy and downright nasty. My wife was really craving Popeyes and against my better judgement we stopped here on our way home to Baton Rouge. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and attentive they were. Gabriel was especially exceptional and incredibly courteous. This experience has truly been a pleasure and has allowed mg family to finally experience enjoying Popeyes again without being hassled or harassed like previous experiences . 5 stars!

Been a minute since indulging on some Popeyes, but today that Louisiana recipe beckoned me for a visit. Ordered the two piece combo with the Cajun fries while splitting an order of the Ghost Pepper Wings. Chicken was perfectly fried but missing flavor unfortunately. The wings were mild and lacked the punch as its name suggested. Employees were polite though and the store clean. Prices are up these days so plan to spend around $12 for a two piece combo after taxes.

So, I went there today…I go there when I have to head in that direction. I saw the six dollar deal, and asked the person, taking my order, what pieces of chicken I could get. She said mixed…one white, one dark. I said…I come here a lot…and last week I could get white or dark. She said…”I’m the ‘O.C.’…and that is what you are getting.” I thanked her and walked out. I then had to order through the app. The app allowed me to order just white meat. When I picked up my order…I mentioned that “guess I got the pieces I wanted”…she said ‘have a blessed day’. I even left my phone, on the counter…cuz I was so angry. I don’t need a lying being telling me to “have a blessed day” in her absolutely condescending way. I’ve been eating Popeye’s since 1972…you guys need to deal with this.
Guessing, I’m not buying Popeye’s anymore…at least, not from this vendor.
What terrible service. AND, was charged for a dip, “sweet heat”…for the first time EVER.
By the way…everone has ALWAYS been good to me…till this black lady. Just absolutely mean…really.
Did I mention…I was a regular customer here…and I went next door, to Wendy’s…the guy knew exactly who I was talking about…without me describing her physical looks.
