i’ve never written a review in my life but this is the worst taco bell i’ve literally ever been to. the woman taking our order at the drive thru couldn’t get one full literate sentence out, was rude, and then when we pulled up to the window didn’t say anything and just gave us our orders right by away which mind you not a single one was what we ordered. we asked for a missing item and she silently grabbed it (in our plain sight) and handed it to us before slamming the window. i understand working in the winter and at a place that stays open late can be tiring, ive worked in retail for over 2 years before and have dealt with many rude customers but we treated the workers with nothing but respect and just to remind these types of workers you wouldn’t have a salary without customers coming through your drive thru who r giving the time of day to put up with ur bs. so the expectation that you do your job with a semblance of humane treatment is quite literally less than the bare minimum. it’s what you signed up to do. i came to this location with two other people no later than 8:30pm. this location stays open until 2am. idk if the disrespect was part of training or if it came naturally, but to wrap it up if you want to be given anything but what you ordered and to leave unsatisfied, this is the place to go

I never write reviews but this got me heated so I’m making an exception. I understand Taco Bell is not fine dining and it serves its niche purpose. I pulled up at 110 in the drive through and had a prompt saying they were closed when the car in front of me had the same prompt and just got served. I get it…. It’s late but it’s a dang Saturday and that’s key taco bell business hours and it says open till 2…. Service extremely slow. Cashier did not communicate professionally and was extremely rude. I asked for hot sauce and was not acknowledged she just took her sweet time to get sauce and then put it the bag without so much as a nod or any human interaction. Food was thrown together and the tacos were wet and soggy. I order a soft taco and got a hard taco that was dripping in some liquid that was not meat grease. Highly unprofessional and would not visit until a change of staff or management issues are addressed.

I ask the for chalupa combo with steak to include the tacos. The lady taken my order had an attitude because I asked her to repeat my order because it was incorrect on the screen. Something told me to check my order before I left..got home got 1 steak and 2 beef…smh if they actually paid attention to my order instead of joking and being loud enough I could hear them with my windows up the slide window closed, they probably could’ve gotten my order right. Please do better!

This is the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had. I have been here a few times and every time the employees there are unprofessional, rude, unsanitary area, and etc. On 12/28/25 night crew shift are the worst I’ve ever experienced. Please don’t go. Go to another Taco Bell.

All I can say about Taco Bell has the worst customer service ever did they gave me two separate drinks? When was Dr. Pepper and one was Pepsi does she did not let us know which one was which she put the low on Thang down on the lid, we had the final by ourselves, which one was which, and we headed two $9 box we didn’t asked for no tomatoes, no onions no sour cream one $9 box in the other box, we didn’t asked for no onions and no tomatoes. They usually put something on the top of the lid on the box and let us know which one is which I would never come back to Taco Bell again in fort Washington Oxon Hill, Maryland.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! The young lady on the drive thru made me feel rushed as I was ordering. Her voice was hostile and she seemed bothered to be at work. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and fries and received a nine dollars craving box. I’ve been waiting behind the customer that was in line. The lady walked off from the register and left me standing there holding the box. Thinking she was coming back she never did and I had to ask for a manager while waiting for the manager. I could hear the young lady over at the drive-through window, complaining about the other customers at the order box. The atmosphere in that place was so thick. I just took the box walk back out of the store and made a complaint to customer service. I will never spend money at the Oxon Hill Taco Bell again.!

Waited in drive thru-line for 20 minutes. Pulled up to the speaker. Sorry we closed. Car was stuck in drive-thru for another 25 minutes. Closing time 3am actual closing time before 2am.

Horrible customer service from the lady in the drive thru. Arrogant and disrecpectfull. I came around 12h56 am (12- 31-2025)and had a bad experience from that lady.
