On January 12, I came into McDonald’s around 10:00 a.m. to place a large order—16 Happy Meals and 5 adult meals. At the time, breakfast was still being served, and I needed everything ready by 10:30 a.m. when the menu switched to lunch. The restaurant was very busy, but the manager and employees were absolutely amazing.
They were incredibly polite, patient, and accommodating, working together to ensure my order was completed on time despite the challenges. Their teamwork and positive attitudes truly stood out. To top it off, they even helped carry everything out to my car, which I greatly appreciated.
This level of customer service is rare and deserves recognition. Huge thank you to the manager and staff for going above and beyond—you made my day and turned a stressful situation into a great experience!

This is beyond the worse and nastiest experience ever .! To take a bite of your food and it’s raw? now if I get food poisoning or salmonella I will be filing a damn law suit for this . To top off the raw food the Big Mac was ice cold and the fries was ice cold, my family and I didn’t enjoy todays meal by one bit.! Do not recommend here at all, I would appreciate even an email or something for courtesy what I experienced

Sage was such an amazing service worker! She was so welcoming and even reminded me and my friends about the discounts which was very helpful! Normally when I ask for spicy snack wrap I get ranch but she made sure that I got the spicy wrap and extra spicy sauce. Give her a raise!!

Cold gross food, terrible coffee I ended up throwing it all away. This is not normal I drink mcdonalds coffee all the time. Tasted like straight bleach. Even my girlfriend’s son wouldn’t eat his bacon it was given to us cold. Never again this place needs new management immediately. Extremely rude customer service.

I went through the drive thru on Friday, and I had the sweetest most helpful worker I have ever had at this location. Normally when I come here the service is okay, the worker said her name was Sage, she deserves a raise!

Food is fine, it’s McDonald’s. I feel like I have to give a 4 because they expect me to use an app, but then the drive thru employees get mad when the app is slow to load. I always feel rushed.
