First time at this location. Was greeted and seated fairly quickly being a holiday. Tried to order drinks with the hostess, and when the waitress came the drink order had not been relayed.
Ordered the cheese steak sandwich, because they did not offer hamburgers at this location. That was very disappointing as the Coeur d’Alene location has some of the best burgers available. When I received my sandwich, there was very little filling in the bun. The bun had been toasted, which was not expected either.
I had also requested mustard for my fries, and found out they don’t have that available. I have never been to a restaurant that doesn’t have mustard and ketchup on hand at all times.
Overall experience was very disappointing, and the bill for what I received didn’t justify the cost.
I also had to request silverware and napkins, as these items were not given when seated. Being that I am from out of town, this doesn’t feel like it represents the restaurant or the city very well. And as for service, we had not been checked on until the bill was given. I was planning on having another drink, but after this experience, I was kind of glad to just get the bill and leave.
I’m not sure if this is typical, but I would recommend finding another option if visiting the city.

I walked down from a nearby motel to get takeout. I ordered several items. The chicken pesto linguine was out of this world! ❤️ the FLAT SOMETHING PIZZA, I forgot the name, was very good. I got the regular crust. I’ve yet to eat the hummus platter but I will. The huckleberry cheesecake that everyone seemed to rave about was disappointing as I thought it tasted dry & old and maybe a cheap version of a cheesecake. It’s definitely not homemade or Sara Lee Brand available from food vendors. And the huckleberries couldn’t improve the cheesecake texture or taste. Overall, I think the quality is very good if the food and I was satisfied. This place delivered a free cheese pizza to the motel desk prior to my visit. I tasted it and a cheese pizza was bland so I brought the desk clerk back huckleberry cheesecake, hummus and gave him half my flatbread pizza which was so much better than bland cheese pizza. He the one that recommended this place anyway! Next time, drop off a better pizza option!

I was in town to visit the hot springs and I’m so glad I got dinner here! The pizza was amazing! The cheesecake was great! My server was so nice and kind. Thank you for a pleasant, delicious dinner.

Stay away from this location and people they are nasty and disrespectful spent over 50 dollars with tip order a large pizza a salad and Tuscan penne I eat a couple slices of pizza it was ok not that good salad was ok I just wanted to taste the Tuscan penne before hitting the road cause I am a truck driver I opened it and some kind of meat was in there so I called to ask the first person I called tried to say it’s chicken then she transferred me to manager and very nasty also he could have said we will replace it but it was pork in there but on the menu it says prosciutto why they couldn’t just say pork but they try to cover it up and force people to eat pork it’s in the Bible also Quran and in the Jewish scriptures to stay away from the pig but never coming back to this nasty place you guys should be ashamed of yourself and the manager should be fired told the manager I was going to leave a bad review he told me to go ahead good luck with your nasty business

I had the Thai Pie Pizza and the Huckleberry Cheesecake! It was pure perfection. The cheesecake was creamy and filling. Not too big not too small just perfect. The pizza was surprisingly delicious. I was a little hesitant to eat warm orange slices and peanuts but MacKenzie Pizza simply made it happen! Crust was crunchy and delicious not dry at all and the chicken was tender

MacKenzies was our 1st stop after a 12 hour drive to Bozeman.
I was excited to try a Montana brewed beer and the Amber Ale did not disappoint!
There are many options on the menu, but our son recommended the pizzas. We started the meal with the lodgepoles. They are not like any other cheesey breads tick I’ve had. Light, flavorful and not greasy.
We ordered the Flathead pizza and the bbq chicken pizza. I would highly recommend both!
I was full but couldn’t leave with trying Huckleberry cheesecake, 10/10 recommended.
If you live here, make sure MacKenzies is on your list of places to eat out. If you’re passing through, make sure you stop in.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. Service was quick.

Food quality has dropped its more like frozen food reheated now, waiter didn’t even stop in to refill drinks.bummer loved this place something changed. Ordered the Philly cheese steak because they no longer have the wrangler sandwich . We have always enjoyed this place. They got our pizza order mixed up, so they gave that one to us and comped it while they prepped our original order. The manager was very apologetic and comped that pizza as well. We enjoyed talking with our waiter and ended up giving him a great tip. We ended up spending only $10 for 2 pizzas and a dinner salad.
