Went there through the drive through Sat afternoon Jan 17th 2026. Told me they were making my chicken tenders order “fresh”….code for your going to have to pull foward and wait. Waited about 7 or 8 other cars to get their order and when no ones there back back up to the drive through window again. The young girl at the drive through was like “yes?” I said my chicken. “Oh we just got it ready it takes awhile.” I take it and she closes the window. As my daughter is looking through the bag to make sure everythings there this girl opens the window to ask if I can pull up….with no body behind me. I said yeah as soon as weve looked to make sure everythings there. We waited forever she can wait 20 secs smh. Inept employees.

Ordered 3-piece tenders through drive-thru to see how they compare with other fast food. A few minutes after finishing without eating or drinking anything I had an oily after taste from the deep frying. Sorry Wendy’s. They are good but with an after taste. Will have again but with a meal.

Food was questionable. Chili was cold and the beans looked discolored seasoning weren’t mixed in. No lettuce for a lettuce wrapped burger but never told when ordering so shredded lettuce was given without asking. The drive through attendant was worried that her staff was too pressured and told them to take their time. OMG lacking leadership and guidance eating behind counter in front of fryer and on cell phones. DISFUNCTIONAL!!! FIRST AND LAST AT THAT WENDYS DO NOT GO THERE.

Messages on the speaker. No cash card only no frosty any flavor. So I didn’t have any issues with that. Got my di ner reasonably fast. Except my drink. It was just sitting there. So Im waving my arms to get so.eone attention and I get my drink. Started eating and realized my drink had no ice. Drink was warm! Go back around the drive thru to ask for ice. The customer in front of me waited for about 10 to 15 minutes for their order and they finally drove off. I pull up and ask for a cup of ice! WE ARE OUT OF ICE! WHAT?!?!? WHY DIDNT YOU POST IT ON THE SPEAKER! TERRIBLE SERVICE

This was the most disgusting Wendy’s I have ever seen. The ketchup station was filthy and disgusting. Every table was filthy and there was food on the floor. The floor was sticky and dirty. The tray my food came out on had dried up ketchup on it. The men’s room was a mess with toilet paper on the floor. This place needs to be closed by the Virginia Department of Health. Never stopping at this location again. Trust me, I’m not exaggerating.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s there is, and that’s saying something. Always extremely slow. Always out of normal food like burgers, frosty’s, and even one time fries. Drink machine often is bad quality soda mixes if working at all. And forget about ordering on the app, they never make it until you go ask them about it and seem to not even have the order. No reason to go here unfortunately unless you don’t want what you ordered after waiting 30 minutes.

I am a forgeiner in a bussines trip just for 7 days, today driving to the airport I decided to stop here to grab some lunch and happily I found a really good place, staff is extraordinary friendly and efficient. Food is tasty ( in the fast food category ) and price was good. This restaurant reminds me how USA used to be few years ago, sadly in this bussines trip most of the restaurants I visited were in really bad shape, old, dirty and expensive. But stoped here gave me a nice experience.

The guy behind the register had the look of being absolutely dead inside, the blank stare… it was unlike anything I’ve seen in my entire life. I know it’s become a meme for us Gen Z to do the “blank stare” while working dead end jobs, but this was on another level. I mean the guy actually looked suicidal.
But anyways, now for the important part of this review: the junior bacon cheeseburger was great, the fries were not amazing but it wasn’t terrible, i had lemonade as well and that was good. Overall decent value for the money.

Listen, this used to be the WORST Wendy’s un VA. They shut it down, fired EVERYONE, and started new, and they are by far the best fast food experience over all in Zions . Bravo for all the new staff, you really turned that place around!!! ❤️
