My fiancée and I visited Hideaway Pizza on January 3, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM. The restaurant was not busy at the time, and we were able to seat ourselves. A waitress came over very quickly to take our drink order, and service was prompt and friendly throughout our visit.
We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza. Overall, the pizza was very good—tasty, savory, and filling. I’ve read many reviews stating this is the best pizza in Crestview. While I wouldn’t personally rank it as number one, I would confidently say it’s a strong second and absolutely worth the hype.
The only downside for us was the amount of cheese. We didn’t realize just how cheese-heavy the pizza would be, and it ended up being a bit overwhelming. That said, if it were slightly lighter on the cheese, it would easily be tied for first place in town.
Aside from that, everything else was great. The staff was friendly and hospitable, the service was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable for the portion size—you definitely get your money’s worth.
We will absolutely be back and plan to order the pizza with less cheese next time. Even with our small preference note, this is still a 5/5 experience, and I highly recommend locals and tourists alike give it a try and form their own opinion. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

My son recently moved to Crestview from Georgia. My husband and I came to visit and check out the area. Our son told us he found a good pizza place and wanted us to try it out. Upon arriving, the signage and storefront is understated. When we entered, Cassie, server, was welcoming. We played a little “musical tables” until we found the right spot for four. We ordered 10 pc wings, and we were a little hesitant because they are baked and not fried. We also ordered a 10 inch pizza that was split 2 ways, and a 15 inch pizza. The 15 inch was All the way, minus the black olives, and added jalapeños. We had a little bit of a wait time on the wings. When they came out, they were a little less crispy that we like, but the flavor was so good! We ended up ordering another 10 pcs and asked for the wings to be cooked a little longer, because we like our wings crispy. The pizzas came out before the 2nd order of wings, and boy, was my son right!! The pizza was outstanding! Fresh ingredients. THE DOUGH WAS OFF THE HOOK!!! We have found a new favorite go-to when we come to visit our son, NO DOUBT!!

Great food and service. The personal pizzas were great both the wife and daughter had one. The crust was nice and thick with a great flavor. My parents both had the stromboli and loved them. I had the biggest bowl of baked ziti I have ever had. It could have easily fed 3 people. Our waitress Julie was great, very attentive and friendly. On top of the great food and service the prices were really good also. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Hideaway is currently my favorite pizza place in town. Great options, might be priced a lil high but it’s definitely worth it.
It’s good for left overs too and that’s really hard to do with pizza!! Servers are great when I dined in, fast service when I take out! All around great place to take the family or for a l simple night in.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Hideaway Pizza for many years, and I was surprised to realize I’d never written a review for this incredible place. I guess I just assumed everyone already knew how amazing this local treasure is!
On our recent visit, we were reminded why Hideaway is a cut above the rest. The pizza was absolutely incredible—thick, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. The cheese bread was out of this world, with a generous amount of gooey cheese and perfectly balanced seasoning. We also tried the stromboli, which was massive and packed full of deliciousness. And let’s not forget the dessert! The cinnamon bread pizza was not only delicious but also generously portioned—perfect for sharing (or keeping to yourself!).
While Hideaway is on the pricier side, the portions and quality more than justify it. A single slice of their pizza feels like eating two slices from anywhere else because of the thickness and hearty toppings. You’re definitely getting your money’s worth here.
