The food was tasty as always at Arby’s. However, nearly all of the tables were dirty, none of the sauce dispensers worked, the menu screen didn’t work, the high chairs were filthy, the service was rather slow, there were no paper towels in the bathrooms, and the trash cans were overflowing with rubbish. It’s a shame because the facility looks rather new and inviting.

I came in after I just getting gas. I was feeling sick because I needed to eat. So, I ordered my food with good works smiling. Good food, good friendly employees. Also, out of all the mozzarella cheese sticks I have ever eaten, go to Arby’s!!!! They are the best!!!

The food is usually decent but every time we go, they are out of something. Usually ham. What kind of place that has ham all over the menu runs out all the time? Several instances, unfortunately. My bad for continuing to think they prefer to disappoint customers and continuing to go back expecting different results. There chicken strips are very good though, I must say.

I will stop at this Arby’s again. It started off well but just kept getting worse. Young man took our order stopping to yell everything back to kitchen, then knowing ice machine had no ice handed me cups with no ice. So I had to go back to the counter to get ice and wait for it. Then waiting for food that tastes like bad frying oil and cold hash browns. They were having more fun playing Marco Polo than making sure food was edible.

Woman at drive through we not friendly whatsoever. She mad eyed my young daughter while I was paying for order. It made her feel very comfortable. We tried to thank her at the end because everyone has a bad day but she closed the window om us while speaking.

Soda and ice machine were very old and had mold. All soda was flat. No ice in the ice machines.People were friendly. Would not recommend.

What is it with this place?? We’ve had three incorrect orders in a row; we get home to discover missing items, missing condiments, missing cutlery, no napkins…it really dampens our enthusiasm for a return visit.

Got the southwest avocado chicken wrap. Are the first half wondering when I would come across the avocado. After eating it and still not locating the avocado I decided to investigate. Alas. The avocado made its appearance notice the greenish hue on the wrap with the red specs??? That right there is the elusive avocado. Perhaps having avocado in the title should be rethought. It’s a very tasty wrap but disappointing if you’re expecting an avocado.
