We love Chicago’s pizza! They have a great salad bar. Breadsticks are fantastic, especially with cheese sauce. Pizzas are wonderful too. We always get the bbq chicken. Highly recommend. Plus locally owned so BONUS!

I have ordered pizza at Chicago’s for about 10 years or longer. Tonight I ordered a small sausage pepperoni extra cheese well done deep dish pizza. I did not open the box and look at the pizza before I left or I would not have paid for it but when I got home and opened the box the pizza is literally black!! I have ordered this same pizza at least 100x and it had NEVER looked like this. I called and asked for them to remake it and I would gladly make the drive back with this one but the manager refused to do so. This in my opinion is absolutely terrible customer service and because of this I will never go back to this Chicago’s Pizza again!!! Well done does not mean burnt!!!

Salad bar was amazing and the food was good. Staff are not really interacting. Not sure if we should leave a tip as no one even spoke except when we walked in and ordered salad pizza bar. We left 5 dollars but staff stayed busy working and talking among themselves. Since you serve yourself I can’t say how the service would be but the price is good and tables clean. Again, the salad bar was fresh and clean!

First time bringing my mom here. We got this small, deep dish pizza (approx 10″) and it was amazing! Had two pieces left over. They also have the good ranch to dip my pizza in! 😉

We went on a weekday during the summer for the lunch buffet. It was OK but the lettuce on the salad bar was gone most of the time we were there. A little expensive for lunch, but Im always a fan of the cinnamon roll like dessert pizza.

I love this lunch buffet, and have been to this location many times. However today’s experience was not so pleasant. We arrived at 1250pm for the buffet. I got to have some of my 2 favorites, the chicken ranch and vege pizzas, but they we not fresh at all, and there we only 2 slices of each left (i didnt take all of either). They did not make ANY fresh pizzas after 1pm, besides dessert pizza. I know that the buffet ends at 130pm, but to not make any fresh pizza after 1pm does not seem okay. I am not leaving hungry, but not satisfied either. Also, I felt bad for the people who came in after us because they just had to settle for what was left. No veggie options, and no fresh pizza. Maybe they should tell people that at the register and give them a discount as well. Because you should have the same experience whether you come in at 11am, or 125pm. I work in the industry. We close at 10pm, and we serve hot, fresh food until then.
