3/19/25. Another excellent lunch at Culver’s. I had the Culver’s Deluxe basket with sweet tea. This place gets pretty busy at lunch time. The restaurant was pretty clean even though it was crowded. The restroom was clean also. Great job.

Used to enjoy this place, until today. These hamburgers were literally less then 1/4 thick and you can literally see through the burgers, it was like they were the skin off the top of the hamburgers . We called about missing food and these double butter burgers they told us “nothing we can do call door dash ” so there goes dinner. Only positive experience was the actual door dash driver .

Great buttery burgers with ok service.
– The Culver’s Deluxe: A double cheeseburger with all the toppings. Ordered without pickles and that is what I got. It was just right and hit the spot!
– Crinkle Fries: Normal (which is good).
– Original Chicken Tenders: Thicker and on the crunchier side. The meat was good, but not amazing.
– Create Your Own Dish, Chocolate and Espresso: I really liked this combo. Probably not something you’d eat regularly since it was really bold and powerful.
– Create Your Own Dish, Vanilla and Heath: Another normal one. What you’d expect, though the vanilla flavor was a little bland. This one was forgotten and sat on the counter for a bit before we got it after following up with the staff.
– Service: Mainly all about business and getting things done, as I’ve found with other Culver’s restaurants. The food does take a little longer to get, but they give you a number and bring your food to the table for you.
The floors were greasy in the customer area. The bathroom was even more so.
Stopped on a Monday at noon.

I did not eat indoors. I think the food is tasty, but it’s so overpriced for what you get. Burgers do not look like their pictures. Burgers are thin. They are like “smash” burgers. Not sure if they offer a choice of bread, but the regular bun is dry.

It’s been a long time, although I finally got to stop and get a Culver’s burger. I had the double bacon deluxe butter burger, large crinkle fry, and a large Dr. Pepper. The burger and fries were hot and fresh. The Dr. Pepper was cold and fizzy. It was an excellent experience. Thank you!

Ordered through DoorDash & got a side of cheese sauce with my order however the sauce I got was very odd (not sure if it’s a new sauce but I didn’t see any new ones on the menu). It smells sour, and looks like it has… pieces… Anyway besides that my food was great. Just wanted to leave this in case it’s spoiled so nobody eats it and gets sick.

Drove home from Chicago to Des Moines last night and we ordered a few kids meals and 2 adult meals, they missed the adults fries I paid for them I was so mad it was like throwing money out!!! They also took forever!! & also missing sauces for my tenders! Didn’t check the bag that was my first mistake but made the rest of the drive home bad!:(

I usually look forward to a Culver’s meal, and hd actually gone by the last 2 days but the line was too long. I finally got there today and was so looking forward to a fresh made burger and fries. I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, only lettuce, tomato, and bacon. What I got was those things+ pickles, onions, mustard, and mayonnaise… And it appeared as if it was made in a hurry as one of the patties was barely even on the bun. I would have gone back to complain, but I had just gotten back to work when I realized the error.
I’m sure I’ll be back- but I hope they take their time and get the order right next time!
