I got here at 1021 to get lunch. Lunch don’t start until 1030 so why do yall already have old meat on lunch sandwiches, my bread was hard and my fries was also old. Like they started cooking lunch at 945 so they could be ahead. I get it but yall ain’t have no customers so there is no reason why I should be getting old food. Should have went to chick fil la. If you look at the meat in my picture you can see the meat breaking lose because they was in a hurry to cook it and it’s old on top of that. I know because I use to work at Wendy’s.

On yesterday morning as I was entering I noticed a worker just finished cleaning because she had cleaning supplies in her hand and she asked if she could help me, so she took my order and after taking my order I noticed that she never washed her hand or even put sanitizer on. She begin to bag up my order. At that moment I requested a refund. I haven’t received my refund yet on my debit card. I don’t know why some folks think that they should not have to wash their hands after handling cleaning supplies or after sweeping. That food goes in my stomach.

Nice friendly when I walked in, food was served. The hamburger (smash burger) was dry like it had been sitting for a while. I took it back to the counter, I was prepared another one, which was the same, dry. The chicken nuggets were terrible, the fries were decent, not really hot. The worst 7 dollars that I spent in a long time. Never again. Your first impression is a lasting one. Fail.

Very friendly Wendy’s and they give a much appreciated military discount at this location. Thank you so much for that. The order was fulfilled as ordered in the drive through. The only thing was I thought the fries were not as fresh as I would have expected tho… They were warm but maybe a bit old?

Ordered a 4 for 4 with mayo ketchup lettuce and tomato onion and pickle and they got the sandwich wrong and then tried to tell me that it said only I know it didn’t ive talked to employees at other wendys and have placed the same order and it says under the sandwich mayo tomato lettuce which all of them have told me indicates to add that to the sandwich the person I talked to here wasnt rude just they consistently forget things in my order and or get it wrong completely

Visiting Wendy’s on January 3rd at 12:55am est drive thru attendant displayed a very hesitant nasty attitude when asked for something and proceeds to give me not what I asked for as if I didn’t just pay my money for what I’m asking only god knows the day I’ve had and I’m just trying to eat I didn’t deserve that energy at all thanks to the manager I’m assuming with the dreads for correcting everything and the food was fresh

I gave a 1 star bc you have to in order to write a review. This is the 2nd time in a row there has been an issue with my order. First time I truly didn’t even complain after finding jewelry in my food, mistakes happen and I called and the person I spoke to made me a fresh batch of baconator fries and I picked them up, even though I doordashed and didn’t want to get out, however tonight I placed my door dash order and my door dasher sat for 40 min and then messaged me that they slammed my food on the counter and didn’t give her my drink or frosty. She had to go back around and get those items. I feel maybe this location could use some improvement.
