I found a piece of plastic inside my food, which is a serious safety issue. When I reported it, the staff said it wasn’t their fault instead of taking responsibility. No proper apology, no accountability. Food safety should always be the restaurant’s responsibility. Very disappointing experience and not acceptable.

We recently visited Indian Royal Buffet and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Many of the dishes did not taste fresh, and the overall flavor was not good. For the price they are charging, we expected much better quality and a wider variety of fresh food.
The overall buffet selection was also underwhelming, and some items looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. Because of the poor food quality and for the price, the experience did not meet our expectations. Sadly, we would not recommend this buffet based on our visit

I ordered food for my brother’s birthday party for 10-15 guests. Quality and quantity both excellent. We usually order takeout butter chicken and naan but this time we did big order and the food was exact same as regular. Everything was freshly made and warm. Service was also good as food because they make a package for good in good price.

We just had our first order from Royal Indian Buffet and Sweets and we are blown away. We ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala, butter naan, rice, and dal—everything was flawless. The paneer was incredibly flavorful, the naan was fresh and buttery, and everything arrived hot and perfectly timed. Our entire group loved it. This is definitely our new favorite spot for Indian food. Thank you for an amazing meal!

Worst customer service. I was here today, ordered samosas and particularly asked how long it’s going to take since I was tight on time. She clearly said 5-7 mins so I agreed to wait. I waited for 10 mins and nothing so asked again and the other lady there says it’s going to take atleast 15-16 mins. I couldn’t wait longer for just 4 samosas. It’s coz there focus was on the bigger orders and not on smaller orders. If you are a business you should treat both big and small orders equally. Ridiculous service.
