I actually almost feel bad for this one….let me.make it clesr that the manager was professional and tried to make it right.
I will also add that the boneless hot wings as my appetizer, and both orders of french fries were PERFECT….so compliments to the fry cook.
Wiah i could say the same about themline cook….with that said, went in on a Tuesday night around 5, there were maybe 4 or 5 tables occupied at the time. Went in with my son for dinner, we both ordered the exact same thing, but apparently consistency and quality control are not a thing here. ( the wallpaper being “kinda” held up with electrical tape should have been a dead give away). Anyways, my son’s burger was a 9/10 he asked for no Dijon, they screwed that up, but otherwise everything was cooked well….then mine…everything was burnt. Im not sure how the “cook” managed that one. The bun, burger, and bacon, all burnt. No queso like there was supposed to be. I can truly say I will NOT walk back on that place ever again. Its not worth the visit. I decided to just eat at home for the night after all.

I wouldn’t do pick up again. Ordered and drove an hour round trip. Got the shrimp and steak parmesan and even paid for extra shrimp and parm sauce and practically none on my food at all. Luckily my husband’s order was fine but this is all I was craving so definitely ruined the meal for me

We’ve been coming on a regular basis for several years now. Have no complaints to mention. I will say you need to request Janelle ( the walking AI ) as your server she is AMAZING!! Also want to say we always enjoy the other servers as we always enjoy all of them. I like my steak burnt and Trey does a perfect job of making sure my steak is well crispy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone we’ve never been disappointed!!

Valentines Day 2026: The Dinner That Lives in Infamy
Me and my grandmother decided that Applebees would be a more cost effective and overall better choice for Valentines Day than Texas Roadhouse (if only we knew.) Now, I hate giving hard-working businesses low ratings but I can’t say this “restaurant” doesn’t deserve it. To start off, the wait was 15 minutes which was normal but there was almost no where to sit and the poor waitress was stressed out of her mind. Terrible staffing numbers, literally 1 person per like 5 or 6 tables which is heinous for a place like this. Finally get seated, this couple next to us hadn’t gotten their food in over an hour and just up and left (red flag.) Order our food rather quickly but wait 45 minutes to get it. I get ribs and my grandma got steak. They messed up my sides and gave me coleslaw, for which I did not ask for and actually said I didn’t want it. Waitress was super nice and forgiving even though the kitchen was doing nothing (I presume.) We receive our meal, ribs are lukewarm and you could legitimately not tell the difference between the meat and bone. The Asian zing sauce was really good however minus the spice. Overall, not a good look for Applebees and this food definitely made me sick. Pull it together Pekin.

Steak had to be recooked. So did burger, then got less fries. Waitress was nice and took both back. Not her fault food was not thoroughly cooked. But after food was delicious.

This was my FIRST time ever at an Applebee’s and Janelle D was fabulous!! The appetizers and entrees were PIPING hot! The drinks kept topped off! We will be back!

First off there was zero wait. We was seated right away. Our waiter was phenomenal and funny. He helped us order drinks that we was unfamiliar with and we loved them. Our steaks was perfect and we never waited on a drink. It was a perfect date night and I would definitely choose there again.

Ordered online and it stated it would be ready by 8:21. After waiting we finally got our food at 8:43. Drove back home without thinking and found out part of the order is missing. When I called they stated the food was forgotten on the counter and is still there then proceeded to ask if I wanted that food or fresh?!?!? What type of question is that? Not to mention the chicken and fries were already cold. We haven’t had Applebees due to the dissatisfaction in the past, but figured we would give it a try again. We were definitely wrong and will never be back.
