Amber Indian Restaurant is truly a gem in Orlando! The North Punjabi food is the BEST I’ve had in the city — full of authentic flavor, perfectly spiced, and absolutely delicious. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and traditional. If you want real Indian food and a memorable dining experience, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

If you’re on the 192 in Kissimmee and craving authentic Punjabi comfort food, pull over — Amber Indian Restaurant is calling your name.

Our server Manny greeted us like family and had us covered all night. Service was fast, attentive, and genuinely warm.

We started with vegetable samosas — golden, crispy, and perfectly spiced — with green chutney, tamarind chutney, and fresh chopped tomatoes. Then came the chole bhature — pillowy fried bread with rich, tangy chana masala that tasted like someone’s Punjabi grandmother made it. Worth the trip alone.

For mains, we went full veggie and were rewarded. The aloo gobi had beautiful home-cooked depth, the mixed vegetables were vibrant and well-spiced, and the baingen bharta — smoky, garlicky, fire-roasted eggplant — was the dark horse MVP. All served with the best basmati rice I’ve ever had, buttery aloo paratha, soft fresh chapati, and a cold mango juice that hit perfectly.
You know the food is legendary when every bowl is scraped clean. Total annihilation. And we still ordered a second round to go — more samosas, chapatis, aloo chana, and a Limca for the road. When food is this good, you plan your next meal before you’ve finished the current one.

Amber is the best Punjabi-inspired Indian restaurant in the greater Orlando area, hiding in plain sight. Massive menu, authentic flavors, generous portions, and a steal at $20–30. Whether you’re a local, a tourist, or a homesick desi, this is your spot.

Full belly, happy heart, sleeping like a king tonight. Thank you, Manny. Thank you, Amber. Orlando is lucky to have you. If you’re on the 192 in Kissimmee and craving authentic Punjabi comfort food, pull over — Amber Indian Restaurant is calling your name.

Loved the food! Very flavorful and good quality. Our server was super friendly. The owner came to our table a couple of times and took the time to explain their dessert menu. We order a dessert with carrots that was delicious! I recommend this place 100%

The food and service was soooo good. Me and my cousins went for a late dinner. Each of us ordered the Mango Lassi to drink and I ordered one to-go because they were that good. I love mango flavored things as well as yogurt so that was a given.

To eat we ordered the butter chicken, tikka masala, and garlic naan. The butter chicken and tikka masala taste very similar but a little different. Either way they were both delicious. I give everything a 10/10. I would definitely come back.

Great tasting food & wonderful service from Urvashi & Krishna(new waitress).

I tried Punjabi kadi-Pakora on Friday dine-in. It comes with basmati rice which has very nice natural aroma to it. Beats sticky rice on any given day!
Delicioso!
Will definitely try again soon as time permits!

If customer is complaining about a particular dish during dine in ,plz don’t just run away just saying oh you should have told before , have some professionalism and basic courtesy on how to communicate with customers , try to rectify the complaint or at the very least say sorry about that …….staff had really bad attitude!!
To your response for our review, you are the biggest lier on this planet
No one came to our seat even once to check on how the food & we never made any comment or remark during our dining experience. Your server ran away immediately without saying sorry & you are not willing to accept that
Rather than accepting your simple mistake , make customers feel they are at fault wow great !!
If there is any Oscar award for bluff master you should be in number one contention for the same.

Amber is totally a hidden gem, plus Urvashi was very helpful with ordering! We enjoyed the roti with tandoori curry. It’s yummy and not too overwhelming with the flavor. Garlic naan would be a great choice if there is nothing to dip in with.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing, with each dish bursting with flavor and freshness. The soups were particularly impressive, rich and comforting, while the bread was warm and perfectly baked—definitely a highlight. The service was top-notch as well; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The ambiance added to the overall experience—elegant yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for a meal. Highly recommend!
