This was my first experience at a culver’s, and it was amazing. The food was very good (I loved the cheese curds!), but the people were amazing. It was clear we were from out of town, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The owner, Erica, even came over and personally welcomed us. We will 100% come back!!

Tried Culvers for the first time on a work trip yesterday. On a recommendation from some friends I stopped in for lunch before heading back east and I was very impressed.
The food was great. Noticeably better quality than what I can expect from fast food back home if I’m being honest. Just a better burger than what I get at some of the other big name spots. If I had any criticism it would be that the cheese wasn’t melted, but it didn’t take away from the taste.
What really made our visit special was the staff. They went above and beyond explaining their menu items (I made sure there wasn’t a line behind me so I wasn’t that annoying person holding everything up). Food service was fast. The young woman behind the register was smiling, polite and friendly. Staff members stopped by our table to make sure everything was to our liking and even the manager/owner came over to chat with us and spend some time making sure we enjoyed our experience.
Above and beyond what could be expected and truly memorable.
Thank you to Erika and her team. Thank you to Culvers. And thank you to Iowa because I know it comes down to the people and their spirit as well.

I drove from Waukee to this Culver’s and it was horrible. I waited for my food in the drive thru waiting area for over twenty minutes. Then, when I got home my fish was overcooked the lettuce/slaw was wilted and my extra pickles was not there nor was the cheese??? This was not what I experienced when I came to Des Moines in 1999. I would not recommend anyone here! When you came to Florida it was amazing. I think some Iowa training needs to come into place! Culver’s came to Tampa before I lost my mom and she loved it. Up here she would be disappointed.

Clean your damn soda dispenser nozzles and quit being lazy. WONT BE COMING BACK HERE. Most effort they put in to make situation right was replacing a fountain soda from the same machine . I drank moldy sprite. Why would I trust other things are cleaned properly or that proper food safety procedures are followed when the most basics aren’t even clean.

The food here is great! However they got my order wrong then when I finally received it they didn’t give me some of the stuff I ordered. They tend to lose track of orders easily and give the wrongs ones away!

Great sandwiches, onion rings, and cheese curds. My wife loves the custard. I’m lactose intolerant, so have to avoid the custard. . Service is always friendly and pretty fast considering how busy they always are.

This experience was fine, I got the fish dinner for my mom. The last time I got a butterburger, it was burnt and so thin . I messaged the company but never got a response back.
Edit review- My latest experience with Culvers was very much improved. My Butterburger this time was juicy and tasty. My onion rings were so crunchy and delicious. Just the way I like them.
