They dont put the proper ingredients in your order. I ordered a dirty sprite with extra cream, no lime wedge. When I called the lady asked if I wanted to come all the way back for just the lime wedge! Can you believe this. Their mistake, but unwilling to correct it with making a fresh drink. I paid 3.45 for this drink. I won’t be going back to this location.

I’m an avid sonic goer but lately it’s been going down the drain. Today was my last straw! Ordered a simple chicken sandwich meal and a small coffee with no ice. They got every single item wrong! My sandwich was completely burnt to pieces, my coffee tasted like dirty dishwater, and my tots were only halfway full. It came out in less than 2 minutes after taking the order. If they had just taken a little more time and care, this wouldn’t have been an issue. It wasn’t even busy so I don’t get the rush!

It seems silly but if you pay extra to have something added to your burger it should be there! Both burgers were only meat, cheese and smashed in buns. The grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp on both sides!! There just isn’t a good Sonic in town anymore.

I told them to add an extra shot of cranberry, they didn’t. I came back and told them they didn’t add cranberry. They made it again and again, made it with no cranberry. I had to ask 3 times for them to add cranberry before they got it right.

Had to get my drink made three times The first time it was the wrong the second time they didn’t put Barely any ice when I asked for extra third time it tasted bad like the syrup was off. I asked for a manager the owner came out was very rude. I did get a refund, but I won’t be coming back to this location when People Pay 3+ dollars for a drink. They’re not gonna keep one that they don’t like.
