This is NOT a review of the team member who took our order, she was friendly. There is no restroom, no ambiance, nothing. Fries were mostly cold, hard or chewy dead, taco sauce recipe is bland, watery, insignificant. What has become of Jack? Just No.

Horrible experience! While I understand that employees of fast food establishments are not of the highest caliber, I do expect to get a halfway decent product for my money. Their only priority should be making the food that I have paid good money for, with a modicum of care. I have gotten better food at a gas station. I feel as though my meal was a waste of time and money and if it weren’t for my wonderful GF, I would have gone back in and had a stern conversation with whatever idiot was in charge. I will choose next time, to patronize an establishment that cares enough to give their customers a decent product.

This was the slowest drive thru I’ve been in ever. There was only 3 cars ahead of me and it took maybe 15 minutes until my order was taken. And once I got to the drive thru, it took 4 more minutes for them to take my order. The lady was okay, but the service is terrible. This is unacceptable.
