Don’t use their mobile app. If they’re out of stock on any items, you don’t get a refund. They just steal your money instead. As well as providing old, cold fries. I know they were old because the other items were still warm. Never wasting my money here again!! Hopefully my bank will at least make things right…

Went in to get some dinner, while waiting for my food I noticed a curly haired guy with glasses who was making and wraping the orders was hitting the E Cig while standing there blows it right onto the fried food station where all the fried food is. Gross im good on coming back.

I had a very long afternoon and was on my way home after a long walk from work. The lobby was closed and I needed a cup of water because it was hot out. I walked up to the drive-thru window and politely asked fill my cup up with water please she said no per their policy they’re not allowed to exchange anything from the window like my cup. So I politely ask again so you’re not allowed to give me water? She said she was not going to give me water because that is how they keep the homeless away. I know it’s hot outside and I looked at her I said I am not homeless she smiled and she said have a good evening. I will not be coming back to that Burger King if you ask me that was beyond rude call me homeless and I could have been dying from thirst and she would not help me. Her attitude was disgusting and I cannot believe the way she talked to me being a worker and customer service. This needs to change I’m a functioning member of society a functioning member of community and I told her that thank you for helping your community ma’am. I am disgusted and I’m not looking for anything no retribution nothing. I just do not understand how disgusting this lady was just now Burger King you should remind your employees that it is the people in the community that keep Burger King in business. She was just lazy and couldn’t take 10 seconds to fill a cup up with water to help someone who was thirsty. I’m offended and disgusted I’m very disrespected. I hope she comes to my job and needs a cup of water because I would give it to her.

These guys are on the ball. Their drive through is amazing. Always get a good food, never have a problem. They’re dining room however, has never been great, always kind of half dirty, always kind of weird feel to it. Plus bathrooms with a code, because the homeless are sleeping in them. Not so fun.

I visited last Saturday in the middle of lunch rush and the staff were so kind and on it!!! Our food was hot and fresh and the place was clean and welcoming!! Definitely going to go back!!!

I just had to take a moment to recognize Quinlan at Burger King — absolutely top-notch customer service! From the second I pulled up, Quinlan was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer experience. My order was correct, fresh, and delivered with a smile, which sadly isn’t always the norm these days — but Quinlan went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.
It’s people like Quinlan who make you want to come back again. Burger King is lucky to have such a standout team member. Give that person a raise!

Very disappointed in my visit today. I ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich meal. I asked for them to please make the hash rounds crispy. The manager who gave me my food said that she let them cook an extra 30 seconds…..( yeah maybe you did 30 minutes prior). I tested one and they weren’t even warm, I told her about it and she just proceeded to argue with me about it. So told her dont worry about it have a nice day. Get home to eat what I thought was going to be my ham egg and cheese sandwich and we’ll it was bacon. Oh and the sandwich bread was hard and cold. I tried to call and they dont answer. I understand that mistakes happen but this is the 3rd time for me with my breakfast. Burger King used to have the best breakfast. I wish people would have pride in their jobs and what they serve. I have worked in the fast food industry and it does not take much to make things fresh and hot. Do better managers!!!

For once we had an actual enjoyable experience at burger king. Now there was a small rush and technology wasn’t responding with each other, and orders got mixed up. So the wait for our food was a little longer than it usually is. Which I totally understand things happen. But the fact for once the employee was a decent human being. And was patient with my rowdy toddlers and myself who were indecisive. They were absolutely patient and kind. And once they realized the orders were messed up. They came over and apologized several times, reassuring us the wait time. We got the food hot and fresh and a free pie. I wish more people were understanding. They were already frustrated with things. Rude customers don’t have to add to it. As they we’re cussing out an employee over simple mistakes that are easy to fix. John deserves 5 stars for this one!
