Pizzas had almost no sauce on them and they were cold. Seems like they cooked the pizza, let it sit for 30 minutes then cooked the breadsticks which werent great either. Ordered at 6:45 for it to be ready at 7:45 but didnt receive our food until 8:10 bc they were waiting on the bread. Disappointing experience

This is my first time eating Blaze Pizza. We ordered the build your own pizza. It was very delicious and made quickly. The restaurant was clean and nicely chill. Plenty of seats. The service was just ok. It’s a fast food joint, so I get it. Overall I enjoyed it and would definitely come back again.

Ordered two pizzas online that should’ve been ready at 2:48. Arrived at 2:48 and one pizza had not even been put in the oven. Sat and waited watched my pizza come out and be put in a box. I saw the worker (The guy working the pizza oven, at. 2:50 on Saturday, January 24) give my pizza to someone who came in after me at around 2:55. Stood up and asked again where my pizzas would be ready because I was pretty sure he had given mine away. He had. He went and asked the guy he had given the pizza too if he’d put anything on my pizza. That guy had covered my pizza in hot chili flakes, which is unacceptable to me. I had to be somewhere and the pizza was already 12 minutes late and would have to be started from scratch. I told him to cancel my order and he said he couldn’t. He insisted he wanted my phone number to “try” to see if I could get a refund. I said “so you want me to walk out of here without a refund, not knowing if I’ll get it” and he said again he would “try” to get a refund. I asked him why he couldn’t give me a refund and he said because he’s not the manager. I told him that I needed his manager‘s phone number and he refused to give it to me. I walked out with just one of my pizzas… A $17 loss.

Im sitting in the parking lot writing this. First time ever at blaze, Tish is amazing. She is warm and friendly, she made me feel welcome and not rushed, she was explaining the menu and overall my quick in and out was a great experience. I didnt even eat the food yet but it smells amazing! Top notch service from her and her professional authenticity. Restaurant was clean and relaxing, the drink station was clean.

The lady who was cutting the pizzas was BEYOND rude to my husband and I. She was rude to her staff and talking to herself saying bad words the whole time. She burnt other pizzas (not ours thankfully) and her station was a disgusting mess! If you hate your life that much then find a new job!!! I will not return again and don’t recommend anyone come here!

I haven’t been to a Blaze Pizza that is worse than the experience we had here today. From the time we ordered to when we left, we were at 50 minutes. Isn’t this place supposed to be fast? 3 of 5 pizzas would’ve been made wrong had we not caught 2 of them. Mine slipped through the cracks (see photo). Do you see sausage on that pizza? There are instructions written on the order form for a reason. You guys write them. Please read them.
The whole time we were there, the front door kept clanging open and closed because of the wind. The pizza trays got stacked up so high that they fell off the collection area. No one went to pick them up. I stacked them for them 25 minutes later.
Once our pizzas were pulled out of the ovens, they sat cooling for 10 minutes while we waiting for the boxing lady to box them up and serve them to us.
Food tasted good, but between the experience, pizza being wrong, and the wait time, it didn’t deserve more than a 1.
Better management, urgency and training is what is needed here.

The guy pressing the pizza dough was the only employee visible. He continued to keep pressimg more dough without even acknowledging us.
After a couple minutes he looked at us and started to take our pizza orders. Finally, another guy came in from the back and helped finish making our pizzas.
The pizzas did taste good as usual. Although, the service in this store has definitely declined.

My fiance and I are big fans of blaze pizza but everytime we come to this location there is always difficulty. However, today we decided to give it another chance. Which was a mistake due to the fact that this was the WORST experience we have had at a blaze chain location. Where to begin, they we out of 6 core items that we order anytime we come to a blaze. The workstations where the ingredients were was a MESS leaving residue on all the packaging, the ingredients that were available were chopped so unevenly I couldn’t even taste my pizza because there was a green bell pepper the size of my palm on there. I couldn’t tell on the work station where one ingredient started and the next began as they were all a mess. The guys assembling to pizza were nice for the most part but took little care in how everything was put together, not even close to an even distribution of toppings. When it was time to throw the pizzas in the oven I asked for all of them well done. The guys making our pizzas said okay, and I reiterated it to the guy actually making the pizza. I was met with an “I know.” And obviously he didn’t “know” because all of our pizzas were underdone with the worst being the cheese bread (see picture below). It was literally raw dough with cheese on maybe 60% of the bread with a slight brown tint on the bottom if I’m being generous. When that nightmare was over our pizzas were boxed before even asking if we wanted a drizzle and when I asked for one I was looked at like I was insane, like is that not what Blaze is partially known for? After he got our side of ranch (ranch all over the side of the cup which got on all of our boxes) we left. We live about 2 minutes away and I don’t think it would matter if we lived on the sidewalk out front it still would of been the soggiest meal I have ever attempted to eat. I will NEVER come to this location again and every time the opportunity prevents itself I will let others know how bad this location is. Thank you.

I love blaze pizza and I’m afraid this one will close like the Michigan road did. I see the same signs of messy stations, lack of ingredients or incorrect orders. Did you not have Canned artichokes or were you talking to your friends too much to open a can? Thick char on my crust from not cleaning the oven. etc. People notice this stuff and just don’t come back after awhile.
I now feel I have to come in and supervise having my pizza made.
Teach your staff to be neat clean and effective at work and it sets them up for success at other jobs….or not. Your choice !
