This place has been open forever! The pizza is incredible. They have amazing cheese which I think sets their flavors apart. They make all things in house from the dough, sauce, dressing, garlic butter and meatballs. They are a dry restaurant but they offer delicious house root beer as well as apple beer. They are a great little local spot that is a place I have frequented since my youth and now share with my kids. Some of the staff has been around my whole life and its always a wonderful experience and seeing old friends. Please check this place out!

Firstly I want to say that Litza’s is delicious. I have nothing bad to say about how their food tastes. Their root beer is a must try! It’s a great place every once in a while. My concern comes to their price. I can’t fathom how 2 pizza’s and a garlic bread come out to almost $70. In no universe should pizza cost that much. The garlic bread is just white bread slathered in garlic butter, and in this case they didn’t even toast it fully. It’s a great little place to eat and the staff is nice. This place is probably better for single individuals who don’t need a bigger pizza. If you’re coming as a family of 4 or more you’re most likely not getting out of here for less than $70

The pizza is very very bland. We got the classic Litzas: ground sausage and mushroom. Sausage was tasteless and barely cooked, dumped in the middle of the large pizza. Sauce was bland. Crust was not cooked well, the whole pizza was almost mushy. Salad was decent, basic salad, 3/5 stars. Only fountain drinks for beverages. Server was nice, but service was very slow. Took quite a while to ask us for drinks, then took another almost 10 minutes to bring just water for 3 adults. Very kid friendly place, many of the tables had small school aged children there. Probably because the pizza is suited for picky kids. Patrons are … not diverse, likely all from the same neighborhood or social circles. I didn’t ever include this in reviews, but one of the babies I was with was clearly of a different ethnic background and we drew not-just-a-few looks from other guests there. Would not recommend for anyone looking for *good* pizza, dine in OR takeout.

We finally tried Litzas. It’s been here my husband’s whole life and he’s never been. It’s a hole in the wall kinda place and super cute and welcoming inside.
The pizza was really good and the service was fantastic. I think it was just the one server and she was so sweet and helpful.
Lunch time was a great time to try it out.

We love Litzas! A great place to visit when in downtown SLC. The pizza is delicious, the service was super fast, and the root beer is to die for. Stop by for some good pizza and a great vibe. Our server, Presli, was fantastic.

I ordered a pizza to go through the app Slice. I picked it up and when I got home, Litza’s had given me the wrong pizza. The one they gave me is one I would never have ordered. I had no interest in going back out to get a different pizza and asked for a refund. Litzas would only give me a cash refund, and I had to go back to the restaurant to get it, which is exactly what I didn’t want to do. I contacted Slice for a credit card refund and they gave me a runaround until I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card service.

I tried the pizza they gave me however it had ground sausage on it, which was terrible. I picked that off, which left me with just a cheese pizza. That was two star at best. If they had fabulous pizza, I would give it another try but it’s just not worth it.

Love Litzas! Super cute and clean. Lots of tables. Service was great and quick. They have lots of different pizza sizes and options. We ordered 4 small pizzas for 5 people and shared and that was more than enough, we had left overs. Parking was a little tricky, but there was a lot going on in Salt Lake that night, so it was just busy.

My family of three came here one night for the first time. The food tasted great however, the service was poor. They fed a huge family that came in AFTER us. The waiter brought my four year old son a leaking cup, and she gave us WAY too many receipts assuming that we lost our first one. Firstly we called ahead of time coming in because we had a gift card. They said as long as we know how much is on it they’ll accept it. They charged our actual card $25.00 instead of taking the gift card money off. They kept the gift card and charged us $25.00!!! We were the ONLY colored family in a predominantly white restaurant and felt SO uncomfortable. We will NOT be visiting again.

The food here is really good. The pizzas have a nice flavor and crunch to them. The salads are well setup and enjoyable to eat. My only complaint is the speed of service. it is slow and has been every time we have come (10+ times). It isn’t just the time for the food to be prepared, it is very typical to wait 10-20 minutes before the server even comes over to get your order. But even despite that we still keep coming back because the food is great and in the end we enjoy the extra time to talk with each other. I highly recommend the Ground Italian Sausage – it isn’t spicy – just flavorful.

This place was over the top! A quick greeting to come in a sit. The facility has an older vibe but I have not seen that type of service in a long time! Our waitress was very attentive, on point, and very friendly! The vibe you used to get when eating out. The food for a gluten intolerant person was according to my daughter AMAZING! I could have asked for better service!
