My husband and I have been long time Fogo de Chao fans and would travel from Killeen to Austin to enjoy their food BUT I think we’ve found our new favorite Brazilian spot. From the welcome at the door to being treated like we were family at the table absolutely amazing. Gabriel and his staff were so friendly and helpful in meeting all our needs. AND now the food chef’s kiss the salad bar was amazing my favorites the corn salad and the blue cheese grape salad …. Yes you read that right oh so good. Now on to the main event I’m allergic to beef and pork but that didn’t hinder my experience, from the lamb to the grilled pineapple oh my the grilled pineapple and the grilled fresh mozzarella with a kiss of honey absolutely the best. Hubby said every piece of beef and pork he had was amazing. This was our first visit but won’t be our last. We are already planning our next trip to Waco from Killeen.

5 stars! Miles was an amazing bartender! Super attentive, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel special. We came during happy hour and every single dish was delicious. A great experience and good food. We went for an anniversary lunch and did the executive lunch. All items in the salad bar were fresh and flavorful. The gauchos were frequent and some of the flavor profiles were unique and exciting. The grilled pineapple with a hint of cinnamon were my hands down favorite. Highly recommend.

My husband and I shared a yummy meal at Casa Do Brasil for our anniversary, and it was such a great experience. About 10 different servers came by our table and every single one was wonderful!! Friendly, attentive, and happy to explain everything clearly.
Rex was great and made sure we felt taken care of. We also really appreciated how clearly the gluten-free options were listed, which made ordering stress-free. To top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary dessert for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch 🙂

Great food, FOH service was a little hectic (Valentine’s Day).
– The bacon-wrapped fillet mignon was salty and very tender
– They put spices or something on the grilled pineapple!! Genius.
– Picanha is extremely tender and tasted slightly sweet from seasoning.
– Shrimp: I did not feel that the marination was all the way.
– Bottom sirloin was very juicy!
– Bacon-wrapped chicken was delicious!
– The Lamb was amazing. It was pleasantly gamey and had a great flavor
– Ribeye was soo crispy!
– Hectic FOH energy caused some inattentiveness. It was hard at times to get the things we asked for. I want to defend FOH by saying that they were fighting for intentionality. I can’t imagine the high call of being the anchor of calm in the storm for the FOH so that is not a knock on their employees.
– The buffet style salad bar was great, and the waitress wisely warned us not to get too full from the bar.

These pictures don’t do it justice! Casa Do Brasil offers an amazing experience, and everything we tasted was delicious! Wonderful ambiance in the restaurant, excellent service from all the servers, and endless offerings of the best slices of meat (and quite the salad bar)! Casa Do Brasil made for such a special Christmas dinner!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. What made the evening even more special was our server, Elijah. He was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly without ever being intrusive. He knew the menu very well, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality elevated the entire experience.

This was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and I was truly impressed with my entire dining experience. Everyone was very nice, friendly and very helpful. My plate was never empty. The restaurant was very busy, it was Thanksgiving, but we were treated as we were the only customer there. The attention was beyond my expectations.
