This is such a beautiful place!! They could serve filet mignon in here, it’s that nice. Beautiful decor, fireplace, big ceilings (we noticed one high-up lampshade was instalation backwards lol).
Good food. I tried the stew. Delicious! But such a teeny tiny portion for seven dollars. It needs to come with bread. They offered saltines but then didn’t give them. Also the mozzarella sticks came with no dipping sauce. I had to go back to the counter twice for those 2 things.
Also they need a menu that people waiting in line can read. Like high up instead of those 3 photos. We had to wait till we got to the register to even see what they offer, then holding up the line while we decided.
All in all it was good!

Man this place is grand in style, a cozy fireplace, carpet, and ceilings that touch the sky. Everyone was friendly and the food came out fast. Great job.

Thos Arbys tucked away but easy access from freeway. Average service today. Seemed slow for the few people in store. Usually love the beef&cheddar but melted nacho cheese seemed bland. IMO

This was one of my worst Arby’s experiences ever. I really wanted Arby’s so I waited in the drive thru for 12 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me. After paying I was almost given someone else’s order. I then waited 4 more minutes before I was given my order. As I drove away I reached in the bag to get my first piping hot curly fry and instead I got a barely warm fry, very disappointing. I then put my hopes for hot food on my sandwich and ‘au jus’. Again I was slapped in the face by slightly above room temperature french dip. The fake Swiss cheese never got warm enough to melt. Incredibly disappointed! The only good thing was the diet Coke was a good mix. Still I’ll never go to this location again!!

I’m always pleasantly surprised by this location. The staff has always been pleasant and my food has been better than I honestly expected. This location has done a great job of keeping the lobby looking fancy and keeping food tasting good.

Update: Dine in was available tonight. First time we’d seen it open in a while. Nice to be able to go inside again. Love the Frank Lloyd Wright vibe.

This would be a 5 star experience were it not for the attitude of the cashier who took our order. I felt as if I was bothering her asking questions about the menu and she came across as quite rude. Oh well, maybe she was just having a bad day. Otherwise, the other employees were extremely friendly. For that reason I am giving 4 stars. The food was tasty and the restaurant was very clean and inviting.

I was really impressed with this Arby’s. I had never seen such a fancy Arby’s before, and we thought it was previously a fancy place, but looking at history in google maps shows it was always an Arby’s. Beautiful building that even had a fireplace inside. Workers were friendly and the food was good. They had an odd barbeque sauce on the tables, which is supposed to be local to the area. I didn’t much care for the flavor of it as it had an applesauce kind of taste. A few days later we visited the world’s largest Arby’s about 40 minutes south of here and the building style was similar.

I’ve been to very few Arby’s lately following an extremely disappointing experience at the Doswell location. (Avoid that one). Our experience at THIS location today however was just on a completely different level. This is a newer Arby’s with an updated interior, good design, it was CLEAN and the food was probably among the best “fast” meals we’ve had in a while. Just unwrapping my burger (yeah they’ve got those now so I had to try it) you could tell that someone actually CARED about how the product would look. Pride of work? What a concept! Unlike other establishments where you spend the first few minutes reconstructing your dang food (talking about YOU Mickey D’s!) this burger looked like something from a place like Chili’s or similar. I was so shocked that I snapped photos and will attach them to illustrate. The drinks were Spot On and the ice didn’t smell like feet from the fountain (SO someone is CLEANING IT!) My wife’s salad was fresh and had no wilty, soggy stuff in it. The ONLY miss was that they had run out of curley fries: WHAT?! So I had crinkle fries, which were very good albeit a little old. They probably made big batches at a time since it was all they had. Even the music was modern contemporary and enjoyable. Twice the wife said “oh I love this song!” So for $28, which used to be expensive for food from a place with a drive thru, I was happy with my food and our experience. And next time I get a crave for a big beef and cheddar (what I think they should call the Marjorie Taylor Green) I’ll make the trip to this Arby’s for it for sure. I thanked them on the way out and got big smiles and thank yous. I’ll bet they don’t get that much, although they should. Some of their competitors could learn a thing or two from this place. I hope they never change a thing! Hope this helps somebody!

Please tell me what I saw never happened.

At 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, 1/13/26, my husband and I walked in to see a middle-aged gentleman wrestling with the trashcan at the door. He was about 5′ 9″ and had straight, short, black hair. No facial hair and no glasses.

Without washing his hands after packaging up the front trash can, he took our order and handed my husband a cup for his drink. That’s when I said to him, “You didn’t wash your hands after doing the trash.”

That’s when we left. I’m calling management tomorrow as well as the health department. Too gross to think about coming back again.
