I went to this McDonald’s like I usually do and on 2/26/26 at 9:30pm. I went through the drive through and only ordered 2 quarter pound cheese burgers and a drink. Simple enough. Was told to pull to the third window. I sat there and waited as 5 separate rides behind me got their MEALS one after another and drove off. And after the fifth ride left I finally receive my order and I let them know that’s the fifth ride and as I’m about to ask for more napkins, a younger female worker slams the window on me as I’m talking and walks off. Very Disappointed in the service at this location and that very rude employee who obviously needs better training.

We were on a golf trip to kirtland and me and my friends were hungry and McDonald’s was the choice..we go in and order…there was a couple people ahead of us but they looked frustrated. I asked them if they had been waiting long and they replied we have been waiting 20 minutes..so we waited one of our group got his order before the customers waiting before and they were very upset understandably. We continued waiting for about another 15 minutes and our other friend just wanted an apple pie so weplaced a 2nd order for 2 pies and a frappe.. our first order came out so while we were waiting on the 2nd order and we decided to eat there ..there was no more ketchup and they put no napkins in the bag.so we ate and used our hands and shirts to clean our mouths and hands.. we had time to eat a double quarter pounder and a double big Mac with fries and drink and our pies and frappe were still not ready 20minutes later..so we asked the gentleman which was in management attire about the 2nd order and his response was “it’s gonna be another 10 minutes if you want them fresh”.we asked for a refund but had already gotten the frappe…all other customers were waiting for their orders as well…this is a very poor excuse for a franchise..we stayed at the restraint for 45 minutes when the total time should have been 15 minutes…so much for customer service at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!

This location probably has the worst McDonald’s workers.
1. We waited more than 20 minutes after the app said our curveside order was ready.
2. Workers including the one who supposedly should have taken our food out was sitting on the table the whole time.
3. The worker just marked us as “left” and threw away our food.
4. I assumed that instead of making our food again they just grabbed the food back from the trash and gave it to us. (One of the worker said they need our receipt because they threw away our food. But they came back with our food within a couple of minutes. )

I would rather drive all the way into town that waste my time at this McDonald’s. We drive up to the drive through and sit there for 5 minutes ( we are the only vehicle at this McDonald’s) and finally someone says we will be right with you. We wait about 10 more minutes and decide we’re leaving and we drive through and the employees are all just standing there at the window doing absolutely nothing. There’s a girl working there laughing because we’re mad and leaving. Those employees need better training you’re just paying them to run off all of your customers. I will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to eat there.

Came in December 31 around 10pm very rude little guy working there. Don’t need an employee like that. McDonalds must not train their employees or have a manager on night shift. McDonald’s owner can you please train them better.

I specifically ordered from the limited time monopoly menu, and recieved my quarter pounder meal without any opportunities on my drinks or meal to play monopoly. They are hoarding the monopoly game stuff for themselves and giving out old containers. My kids did not get the boo buckets either. Its October 29th. I was also at this location two weeks ago with the same outcome and they completely forgot my drinks to four meals and were not going to give them to me until I spoke to their manager. According to them, they couldn’t look up my order even though I had a receipt. I live down the road, but I will not go to this location anymore and I am currently telling everyone I know that it’s pointless to go here with the outcomes that are recieved here. No one cares at this location. Everyone just seems to want the paycheck and other perks, and they treat their customers badly and unfairly and have no oversight on quality control.

Wait in drive thru for 30 mins for double quarter meal, pies an two cheese burgers. Vehicles were honking there horns to move faster.I asked for double cheese plan burgers they made my burger wrong twice.. my whole time In drive thru was one hour.. bad service.

Update: I’ve recently visited this McDonald’s in the evening and I’ve been informed by the employees and manager through the drive through that apparently they do not serve sweet tea in the evenings. In my other experiences with different McDonald’s locations, they served me sweet tea in the evenings so I feel rather confused and frustrated. Also, to update on the orders; They haven’t been better. Close friends of mine also have similar complaints with their orders and the staff.
