I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, and unfortunately, it’s never been a good experience. I’m new to the area and this is the closest location to me, but the service and food are consistently disappointing. The drive thru staff greet you with a snarky tone and often interrupt while you’re ordering. The food is rarely fresh. it’s usually cold, messy, and hard. When I’ve called to report issues, the staff argue instead of apologizing or trying to make it right. Definitely needs better customer service and food quality control.

This place is terrible, always get the wrong food and they treat you like it’s your fault your got the wrong order and don’t want to take care of the mistake. I will never go to this McDonald’s again. This time we did get new food but look at this breakfast sandwich and how much sauce is on this.

My bun was a bit crunchy on the edges kinda tasted stale… burger was okay and I got what I requested so I’m happy there. The guy that took my order only said hello through the speaker not the regular line the drive thru employees say but it seemed like he was new, his trainee was giving him a hard time about the heater I over heard. Hope he’s getting trained well. I also hope you guys make sure your products are freshened up 24/7…

I went to this McDonald’s last night. Some employees were around the food area, while not wearing a proper hair cover or hat, at same time touching their hair and touching the food.

The kid taking my order in drive thru was rude and pushy. They forgot an item of my order so I had to go in to get. Stood at the counter while 3 employees looked at me and did nothing. Was finally given my missed item. All 6 items in my order was cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted on our breakfast sandwiches. Hashbrowns were cold and soggy with grease. Sausage patties were so over peppered that was all you could taste. My iced latte was mainly creamer. The only thing good in my order was the kids chocolate milk. This store is horrible.

Clean lobby, food coming out is always a bit slow, usually about ten minutes, which is pretty long for a fast food place. I like to go inside often to use the self service kiosk for my app and usually take advantage of the two for one deal on McDoubles. I like to order on average 8-12 burgers to last me the day and share with co workers, & there is always big dramatic sighs and yells about my “Big order” coming from the kitchen that I think should be addressed. They should understand that there are customers only a few feet away that can hear, it is there job to cook after all, and should be addressed by management in my option

Ordered on the app over a half hour ago & I’m still waiting in the store. They are short staffed, but it’s ridiculous. The staff they do have is cursing loud enough that you can hear them clear as day while you’re waiting. Yet they are screwing around in the back as the lobby fills with people. So much for FAST FOOD.

This is a cool location. Wish they didn’t charge their burgers like they’re Burger King but the workers were nice especially the lady at the cash register who was also taking orders to customers.

Starting out the guy working in the drive thru taking the order did an incredible job. Clear, professional and upbeat. Then we get to the window, I never saw the person she talked to the cash register when she took and when she returned my card she reached out the only words said “did you have the sundae?” Next the final window she sticks her arm out with my sundae I say thank you,she says nothing. The sundae itself was a joke. I got this for $2.88 + tax complete joke. The only thing this McDonald’s had going for it today was the pleasant voice who took my order around 5:25pm give or take a couple of minutes.
