Service has room for improvement. Waited long for our order, no lemonade (only was told after order) and the chicken bread was not available (never even told).

It appears that the restaurant is being run almost entirely by teenagers in the evenings with no visible adult supervision. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but there is a clear lack of urgency. There’s often a lot of talking and joking between staff, but not enough focus on getting orders out efficiently.
The drive-thru sometimes moves faster depending on who’s working, but when that younger girl didn’t get her name but she has an fuller figure is handling the front and bagging orders, everything slows down significantly. Orders take much longer than they should, and the kitchen doesn’t seem coordinated either because there’s only one person back there.
This isn’t about young employees working — it’s about proper training, staffing, and supervision. If the store is going to rely on teenagers during evening shifts, they need stronger leadership, better training, and more staff scheduled.
Update: I waited over 45 minutes for my order (under the name Milorad M.), and there weren’t even that many customers inside. I went to wait in my car because at that point my phone was on 1% that’s how long i was waiting there. I come back inside and have one of the gentleman ask me if I had received my order yet — meaning there was clearly no coordination happening.
I could overhear the young lady in the front repeatedly asking, “Which car is that one?” for each order she was bagging. Is There no system in place to track orders properly?? Whether it’s a training issue or lack of supervision, something is clearly not being managed correctly. This is ridiculous
Update to the update: At first, I tried to be understanding because there were only three employees inside, so I assumed they were juggling taking orders as well.
However, that wasn’t the case. The drive-thru system is AI, meaning they are not even manually taking those orders — they simply have to prepare and bag them. Despite that, every customer who came after me received their food and left before I did.
There was also no communication with customers. No updates. No apologies. Nothing — until customers started complaining out loud. Only then did staff begin asking, “What’s the name on your order?”
At one point, another teenager walked in out of uniform, blasting music loudly from a speaker and drinking juice. I genuinely thought he was a customer at first. The environment felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Extremely disappointing experience.
And since I had so much “free time” while waiting I read the other reviews and found that them not having items is a recurring issue. And what do you know I was able to witness it first hand as they called their manager on the phone to tell them that they ran out of regular coke and whoppers. It doesn’t get any more ridiculous than this actually, the whopper store being out of whoppers.
The saddest part about all this writing is NOTHING will get done. Management won’t change. Repercussions won’t be given. And all I’ll get in response is a “please visit the burger king website for further assistance”.
Adding more to the review now that I ate…the burgers are cold , the French fries are soggy and cold, everything soaked in grease. The tomatoe in my burger was so tiny that I thought they forgot to add it. Since there was no coke , I asked for Fanta…guess what , I don’t know what it was but definitely not Fanta. A complete disaster!!!! I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE !!!!!! To the owner again… remember there is competition right across the street and down the block. Hopefully the headquarters read the reviews and shut down your BK. I feel so bad, and is not even mine
It’s unfair how the staff can’t perform simple tasks properly, as put together a sandwich!
Lack of mannaers and attention. Poor management is also a major factor as managers never seem to be on site!
I had to drive back 15 minutes, my kid already ate his burger because it was bedtime, and when I got there I got attitude on top of it. They only gave me a partial refund when honestly the minimum should’ve been refunding the whole meal after making me go back.
Really disappointing experience. Not the service you expect from Burger King.
