When I’ve come here as a customer, they’ve been good. However, when I’ve come here on behalf of DoorDash and Uber Eats customers, I find that I have to wait 15+ minutes about 90% of the time, and on occasion, orders will be entirely missing for unknown reasons. It’s definitely a nice place to come as a customer, but I can’t recommend that you order delivery from this location.
Update: They misrepresented their open hours and refused to refund me for the order they would not make.

Clorox Bleach
Terrible Taco Bell location, all the employees are rude and lazy. They never make DoorDash orders correctly and sometimes outright ignore them. I wish Taco Bell corporate would do something about this location as it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. When you call to ask why 3 DoorDash drivers have gone to the Taco Bell and canceled their delivery they say they haven’t started the order yet. This place deserves no business until they improve. The closing shift is the worst offender of this entire location they should all be fired immediately and the manager that’s kept them on this long too.

This Taco Bell used to be consistent. Now we always find something is missing from the order, side sauces aren’t filled properly (if they remember to include them), and the main food items prepared horribly (like hard shell tacos crushed, crunchwraps that are all sauce and lettuce on one side…).

I went there this morning and the lady running the window was so sweet and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell, and the food was amazing, I’ve been to other Taco Bell’s close by and they have never been so on top of everything and also have great customer service. To the lady that was controlling the window this morning. Thank you for making the experience this morning great!

Stopped in for a quick meal. I like the kiosks to order stuff . Lots and lots of items in the menu . Easy to order it through their kiosks. Lots and lots of seating inside to dine in. Drive in available … restrooms available too..
Wish the service was good . We didn’t have card , so had to order there . Whoever working were busy . Wish they had one more employee to help them . Took some time and atlast got our order . Food was good . Always love their chalupas. Overall a good experience with food but service could be better ..

It’s a very nice taco, bell clean. Fully automated kiosk. I’m not a fan of that. Rather, speak to someone at the. Register, but it is all up-to-date. Plenty of seating courteous staff clean bathrooms

This is no lie or exaggerated review, we waited 40 minutes for a chicken quesadilla. The lobby filled with people shoulder to shoulder waiting on their food. Maybe short staffed, maybe a busy night. But 40 minutes for a single quesadilla I mean cmon. I leave reviews for excellent service or really bad service and well, this is one of the later. Maybe better on another night.

It’s sad to see Taco Bell fall from great fast food to just a pick up facility. I don’t blame TB, but everyone at this location just sits around to grab their food and run. I miss the days of people sitting and eating there.
BTW, this location is not fast food. If you order inside, typical wait time can be anywhere from 10-16 minutes. In many cases you might get faster food at a sit down Mexican restaurant.
This location has no more customer interface. You order on a computer and they call your name. Ever so often someone is there to take your order if you stand there ling enough.
Lastly, while TB has some delicious new options on their menu, these new items are extremely small. They are more finger foods than a real meal but the price still resembles a meal. TB has gotten cheap. Be prepared to order several of the new items if you want a full belly. All the new menu items are simply very small finger foods, which makes them expensive because of their price.

Straight trash. Long wait for food, even the drive thru can take 30-40 mins. The food is NOT assembled properly, looks messy, and is cold! The night shift especially is the worst. The place is run by a bunch of incompetent folks.

If I could rate 0 I would, I mean if you hate your job get a different one. Every time I come my order is messed up. It takes 40 minutes for 3 items, and when you get the items everything looks like crap.
