I was really looking forward to the food I ordered, I came in probably 2 hours before they closed, because that’s when I got off of work, and I was really craving Popeyes… I ordered a family meal because that’s what feeds me and my partner, and we got the for drinks and the sides, and I got in there, I picked up the food, they told me they didn’t have any more sweet tea for the night- “alright” a bit bombed, but I just got a different drink, I got in the car, we got home and we were missing one of our sides. They didn’t say anything was run out… And they didn’t give us any of the sauces we asked for. Honestly, I love Popeyes, so I’ll probably end up going back, but this wasn’t a particularly pleasant experience, but hey, the food we did get was good, and the employees were nice.

⭐ 1 Star – Completely Wrong Order and Poor Quality
Stopped at the Popeyes drive-through at 2017 Lee Blvd in Lehigh Acres and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a while.
I ordered a 4-piece Signature Chicken meal, all white meat (which costs extra) along with their Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The order was simple, so there really shouldn’t have been any confusion.
When I got home and opened the bag, the sandwich was already disappointing—small, dry, and pretty lackluster.
But the real issue was the 4-piece “all white meat” meal I paid extra for. Instead of four white meat pieces, the box contained one breast, one wing, one leg, and a back. That is not even close to what I ordered or paid for. Charging extra for all white meat and then giving customers random pieces is unacceptable.
By the time I realized the mistake I was already home, so the entire meal ended up feeling like a waste of money.
Between the incorrect order, poor quality food, and lack of attention to a very basic order, I won’t be coming back to this location again.

If your budget is tight or simply you are not too hungry, this place has a $3.99 one piece chicken and a biscuit and one regular side special at all times. In addition, for $1 more you get a drink. The food is good and nice location. The staff is always so nice.

I went into Popeyes with such a negative sad attitude cause I just got broken up and when I walked in, I ordered food and the worker asked me if I was OK and I said no I just got heartbroken and they said I’m so sorry and give me my food that I paid for and then I sat down and when I tasted that chicken so tender, so beautiful Beautifully cooked, it felt like a masterpiece I could I could taste the love and effort in blood and tears put into my chicken when I tasted that chicken, I had tears in my eyes of how wonderful it was words do not express how good this chicken was. Listen, my initial experience wasn’t the best but the cook in the back heard what happened and made my kid some FRESH chicken. When I tell you that chicken didn’t have nothing on Publix I mean it he did his BIG one, and I appreciate it. He was working 10/15/2025 came in to store around 8:45pm. I am disappointed once again, I ordered the 10 piece family meal only received 8 pieces. The Chicken is over cooked and dry as if it is old, the biscuits are dry and hard. This is the second time in a month that I’ve received bad food $40 is too much to spend just to be disappointed. Get it together Popeyes or my family and I will not be back!!!
