This Taco Bell seems to be the only one I found recently to still provide trays for dine-in customers(actual service to pick them up after customers leave). And though one of the photos I’m adding here is a screenshot of someone else’s review, that review did help me decide to drop the service Star by 1 because they are correct the placing of the tray down rather than bringing it to the number(offer tents with numbers on them) or the person is the lack of service along with the kiosk as the means of placing orders. I personally believe they should offer both and somebody should always be ready to jump on the front register and take orders rather than expect customers to do all the screen tapping themselves (maybe actually dedicate one employee at all times to do that and why not rotate everyone to that position throughout each one’s shift).

Wow. Super fast in the drive-thru. Staff was very friendly & cheerful. Got a breakfast burrito combo. My bacon breakfast burrito was fresh & tasty, hash brown was hot & crunchy, and coffee was screaming hot (how I like it) and was warned that the coffee was very hot. Felt like two minutes total. Will not hesitate to come here again.

I have not been a fan of the Tigard Taco Bell, but we were craving a taco bowl anyway so we decided to give it a try and it looks like they’ve made a lot of upgrades both to the restaurant and to the freshness of their ingredients. Since the last time we were there. We were happily surprised to actually enjoy good Taco Bell food again

Seems taco bell is moving to kiosk ordering only.
Has anyone done a rest to see how much bacteria is on those screens?! I’m not a germaphobe, but we all know where fingers can go and not get washed.
If I want to order at the register, I shouldn’t be treated like an outcast.
What assurances do restaurants, such as this, moving to kiosk ordering, give to their customers that these screens are being cleaned like a table top during covid?

Just went through for some (very expensive) Doritos locos tacos. They’re literally not edible as tacos, like you expect them to be and like you PAY SOOOOO MUCH FOR THEM TO BE. Apparently they put them in the bag and then slam it to the ground a few times and step on it before they give them to you- based upon the way they look. Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing worthy, once again.

Impressively horrible service….. Night manager has an issue with correcting incorrect food orders. I ordered a #6 which includes two chicken chalupas and a beef crunchy taco, I had them substitute the beef on the crunchy taco to chicken and add nacho cheese to the chalupas. I received an order containing a beef crunchy taco and no extra cheese. After asking for it to be corrected the night manager, an elderly Hispanic lady claimed it had chicken. She was right, though it was covered in beef as well, and I asked to have the beef substituted for chicken, seems simple, but a zombie taco is her answer to getting a simple order right. Though none of this is usually a problem, but antagonizing a customer for wanting to have their order correct is not okay, I was met with a brute and very disrespectful response, where she claimed there was nothing wrong with the order… Maybe her opinion of a good order is one that has a wrapper on it…. Because this was the standard I found…
