As an evolution of Immersion Brewing, UPP Liquids Brewery and Pub in Bend, Oregon just won 5 Awards for exceptional beers at GABF 2025; two golds, two silvers and a bronze! We also won Brewer and Brewery of the Year (251-500 Barrels)! With a rustic-yet-welcoming atmosphere, UPP Liquids is located close to Downtown Bend and the Old Mil. The Bend brewery is expanding its offerings to include a variety of expertly crafted ciders, hard seltzers, and packaged cocktails. Tonya Cornett, an Owner and our Brewer, is the Best Brewer in Central Oregon; having won more awards for brewing than any other brewer! UPP Liquids is more than a brewery and pub, it is a testament to the passionate craft culture of Central Oregon.

Flight of beers! 5 and several were standouts
Including the Imperial Stout with Fudge notes (CatScratcher- who picks these names!!??)
And the Selzer with grapefruit and other influences
Server was beyond the pale
Food was good
We had Cobb salad with optional steak added
Plus the crisps, or fries, and our server brought the special
„Fry sauce“. Not bad
So run, dont walk, here to get your piece of that action

UPP Liquids (Brewery of the Year) lineup of beers is awesome, offering the greatest variety of brew styles of any brew pub in Bend. With several IPAs, lagers, porters, stouts and tarts on draft at the same time, there is something for every beer connoisseur to love! Good food and vibe too.
The lineup of recent medal winners from the Great American beer festival was incredible, from the delicious roastiness of the Reduction Ratio stout to the delicate flavors of the Moments Made and Flower Child tarts. I also had a preview sample of the holiday Cherry Imperial Porter at a tasting this past Saturday, and it is out-of-this-world delicious!

Arranging for a large group event at a restaurant is a challenge. And getting through the event with mostly happy humans is not always guaranteed.
The team at UPP Liquids was amazing in helping us with our 25 person party last night. Advance arrangements were smooth and when we showed up for the event to “decorate the table” we found a beautiful room with the table decked in holiday decor. We had a wonderful evening, and the team went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.
Kudos to Jose and Ben for your efforts and I hope that the beautiful space you created is enjoyed by many going forward.

This is my favorite brew pub. The drinks are unique and delicious. Saylor was our server and she was amazing! The food is also great. And…they throw a good party! I don’t even have a good picture because that is how scrumptious my drink was.

Saylor was an absolutely fantastic server! Very attentive, kind, and helpful. I felt as though my experience at this brewery outweighed many others in Bend, especially service wise. Drink was spectacular, very high quality bartending skills, and food was outstanding. I will definitely be back in, hopefully with saylor as my waitress again!

We love this place! The Bend Raider club meets here for games. It’s always fun, despite the Raider’s record. Jose and Benny are awesome hosts and make the party even better. The beer is awesome – they’ve won a number of brewer awards. Check it out!

Tasty large burger, fries were ok a bit dried out but crispy . The beers were pretty good, the pilsner was clean and crisp. Nice variety of beers on tap, a few beers had run out . We were there at the end of the night on Sunday , so understandable. Can beers available to go, plus usual swag for sale. Fast and very friendly service, plenty of parking.
