In n out always has banger burgers, and their service is usually great. We ate here for dinner, and their service was awful. The lady wouldn’t give us another fork for our two fries, and when we asked for extra sauce, she put it right into the sauce on the animal fries. Like, who does that?! Also, there were pepper stems in my burger, which is gross. No one wants to eat a hard stem, especially in a burger!

Being from Utah, my first experience was the in and out in Vegas. I had heard so much about it. I didn’t know about the animal style at the time, but still liked my meal.
Then they opened up in Utah and my personal when it comes to fast food. The double double animal style burger is so delicious. I love the fries as well. There is always a line, but they seem to work through things quickly. Everything tastes fresh and I look for to eating here any chance I can.

Really tasty burgers at an excellent price. Tonight i tried the grilled cheese w/extra cheese – delicious! The car lines are long but they move pretty quickly.

So so so yummy! Living just outside Seattle, I go to In-N-Out whenever I am at a place that has them! I miss is so much!
(They did forget my side of sauce for my fries, but I was on my way back to the airport and couldn’t go back for it) but everything tasted good and the fries were FRESH!

Went to grab some In N Out because it’s always delicious, the line was not any longer than I’ve seen passing by, so I decided to stop in this time, granted I know it’s a holiday, but I clocked my wait in line to being 1hr 7 minutes. Insane. 30 minutes in and I can’t leave because there is no exit. It was not on my agenda to be sitting in In N Out’s line for an hour of my holiday, but I get it, I chose to eat here. This location just didn’t staff accordingly and unfortunately it will be a while before I think to go again for the experience we had.
I am pretty easy to placate with good service, there was no acknowledgment of a long wait in the drive thru, then when we paid and got to the food reception window, there was a system failure where we were told to pull ahead and we waited another 20 minutes for our food to be brought out.

I love waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes only to get home and find that kids (ahem, pardon me–“employees”) these days don’t know the difference between strawberry and vanilla. Must have been opposite day in the shake department. If that’s your thing, then by all means, come by this location and breathe in the sweet exhaust of the cars in front of you! After upwards of an hour of that, you probably won’t be able to taste the difference anyways!
Atmosphere: three stars instead of one only because I was able to watch an entire second half of a basketball game on my phone with the ample time I had sitting in my car. What a perk! Probably lower if I had to go inside.

I went for the Grand opening and it was amazing. I love their unique French Fries and their simple menu. Customer service is always top notch!!
