Got an 8 piece mixed dinner. 2 breasts, 2 Wings, 2legs and 2 thighs. It says it right on my receipt. I received after waiting in the drive thru for almost 15 mins with no cars in front of me, 1 dried out breast, 1 hard wing, 3 legs and 3 thighs. I guess with so many employees outside of the restaurant in the back smoking the 2 people that were left inside didn’t know how to identify a breast from a thigh and a leg from a wing. The biscuits were harder than a dragons toenails! The cashier wasn’t nice but not rude either. Clearly she was just there for the check. Horrible Horrible Horrendous!!! I’d never go back under no circumstances. I don’t think I’ll be eating Church’s again from anywhere. Sad pathetic place. I wouldn’t call it a restaurant, maybe a place with subpar chicken. Maybe change the name from Church’s to “Subpar Chicken!!!

I visited this Church’s Chicken yesterday and had a mixed experience. When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, it appeared not to be working. I could hear an employee attempting to come on, but it never did, so I pulled forward to the window to place my order. I normally avoid doing this because I understand drive-thru timing matters.
When I reached the window, the young lady assisting me immediately had an attitude. I still placed my order politely and chose to overlook it, understanding that everyone can have off days. However, when I received my food, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. The bag was handed to me with little care, the window was closed immediately, and there was no acknowledgment afterward.
I want to be clear that the food itself was great—honestly some of the best Church’s Chicken I’ve had in a while. Unfortunately, customer service is just as important as food quality, and it plays a big role in whether customers return. Because of this experience, I may choose to visit a different location in the future.

Very Rude cashier and the food quality has changed. I ordered there spicy rice with my family meal! Don’t!! It looked weird and tasted horrible. It doesn’t look like rice at all. I’m Very disappointed…. I called this restaurant more than 5 times. No one answered!! I will never return.

Had a crave for some fried chicken and decided to go to Church. Got there and the drive thru was packed while inside the store was empty. Parked my car and walked inside the store.
The cashier greeted me and helped me determine the best options for the order. The price are still reasonable.
My order was fried chicken, coleslaw and spicy rice. My wife ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy.
The chicken was well flavored, crunchy in the outside and juicy inside. The biscuits with the honey topping were delicious. It was the first time eating the spicy rice and quite frankly is was very good with a flavorful balance and well exceeded the spicy rice prepared by one of their competitors.
Recommend Church.

They are disrespectful and have poor character. I have try to go here three times (within the last 6weeks) to allow them to redeem themselves and each time got worse. It’s sad that customer service does not exist anymore and no one here took accountability at the errors they have caused. If I were you take this as a warning…RUN! Get your chicken from Kroger or Popeyes across the street. Alert to the Leadership at Corp close this location DOWN!!

I just had THE WORST customer service experience at this location. I get to the drive thru and was told that there would be a 25 minute wait on chicken. I tell the young lady that was fine. I placed my very simple order but the young lady was having difficulty so she directed me to come to the window to finish my order. I get to the window and the young lady was on her phone texting. After she put the phone down she asked for my order again. I attempted to give my simple order again and she again got it incorrect. In her frustration she screamed for her colleague to assist and then said something under her breath blaming me for her mistake. I told her never mind and drove off.

SERVICE WAS AMAZING. The lady at the drive thru was polite and very friendly. The food on the other hand was just the opposite. Chicken was friend hard and dry, okra had a burnt taste and the biscuits were very hard.
