Slowest McDonald’s hands down. First breakfast the other morning they literally had every waiting parking spot filled. EVERYONE! What are you doing to have all filled? Then they only bring half my order and then try to usher me off with have a good day! Had to remind them of the order. 25mins later the good day was shot! Then today a simple lunch grab and once again my scenic view for the day is the exit door. The lady brings my food then says the coffee machine is down can’t make the macchiato but says I’ll get you an iced caramel coffee? Do what? I just said “Ok” At least the food is decent when they finally get it to you. Think I’m going to move to Subway across the street. Tired of this exit door. I’m out.

We came specifically for the grinch adult meal. Did not receive grinch socks. Isn’t that really the reason to pay so much for the meal? Complained. Manager didn’t even come out. Numerous patrons were complaining also. If you don’t have the socks in the grinch meal then you better post it or tell customers not to buy it. Not as advertised.

I placed a curbside order through the McDonald’s app at 10:14 PM and was instructed to park in curbside spot 1. I waited until about 11:09 PM and never received my food.
About 20 minutes later, I came back inside to ask about a refund and was told I had to process everything through the app. No one took responsibility for the missed order or the hour wait with no communication.
This experience felt dismissive and poorly handled. Waiting nearly an hour for curbside with no food and then being redirected instead of helped is unacceptable.

ate at this fast food place and the customer service from one of the workers was very unsatisfactory. She wasn’t acting friendly as much as she should especially as an employee like y’all just hire anyone. Also when I got a fountain drink it was warm? From my previous experiences with anything like that it shouldn’t be that way. The plus side was the ice cream machine was working this time. Thank yall for that.

Granddaughter and I went through the takeout line. We were told to pull up to the door to wait. 10 min later, after watching numerous people get their food, I asked an employee walking by to check on my order. She didn’t return with an update. She did walk by a few minutes later to give someone else their takeout order. I called to her and she said they were still cooking the Quarter Pounder meat. 10 minutes later, when I asked again, she said they had given someone else our order and were redoing ours. 10 minutes later still no food. I went inside and asked, they were still redoing our order. At this point I was losing track of the time. Other people were being given their orders and some were coming back saying items were missing. Finally, I was given our order, missing 3 items. There was no offer to refund us or give us a free future meal (Like Chic Filet an offers when they make a rare mistake). The employees looked tired, bereft of emotion, unsmiling. Needless to say, I won’t return.

Not a bad experience. However, I frequently have to go back to either get forgotten items on the dfove through order or because items not prepared correctly. Ex. No salt fries, no ice in the drinks or things not prepared like the normal orders would be.
