food was cold cheese on burger didn’t melt patty was cold, fries and nuggets were dry and shriveled like they been sitting out under the heat lamp since opening, so have the fries like they been fried in dirty unchanged oil sitting out long enough to be stale and cold in my bag after purchase. waste.

I had the sausage burrito combo with that Cholula sauce. It was the best breakfast I’ve had in quite awhile. The people working were cheery n upbeat. Very good vibes all around. Definitely coming back!!!

Do not come here if you want your food made correctly. If you don’t like loud music in the kitchen while you eat inside in the evening do not come here. If you want your order to be screwed up three different times and one instance go ahead and come here. If you want people incompetent and able to screw up the simplest tasks come here. And these people want to complain that they’re not getting paid enough but for $17 an hour they can’t give me a damn sauce they can’t make my sandwich right and they can’t give me everything that I ordered and paid for. At this point I should be paid hourly having to search my damn bag to fix their mistakes they shouldn’t have made in the first place. On top of all that you can’t call to inform them of their wrongdoing because the phone just rings and rings and then hangs up. A very disappointing place to eat and the only reason they get away with it is because it’s a high traffic area for people traveling. Raising prices but I get service like that that’s a joke.

The drive thru line was long, so we stopped inside. Ten or so people were waiting for their food already. Our order was taken within a minute and we had the grub in less than ten. Food was excellent. The restaurant itself was very clean!

I have ordered from this location for several months as it’s one of the few locations between my house and my job. At least once, if not multiple times per week I have to wait for these individuals to remake the food.
For context, I get bacon double stacks nearly every time. They have repeatedly forgotten to put bacon on, they’ve left pickles on, and sometimes it’s even the onions. There have been two occasions where this location has closed early despite the posted time because they “have a fire inspection in the morning”. I’ve worked fast food, this is the first place that has went out of their way – likely due to laziness, that closes early to clean. That’s what you close for, clean, then leave. Both times, I haven’t been refunded. God forbid if you ever try to call to get that done, they don’t even pick up the phone. I bet they do if it’s a manager or corporate because of caller ID.
Making items on the menu isn’t hard, and the systems put in place for workers to see the orders ensures minimal error…but it’s like these people don’t even read the order?
Edit: I forgot, after about 10 pm they just drag a trash can in front of the drive-thru, so good luck ordering or picking up online orders.
1/12/26: This time they actually disabled the system, so luckily I didn’t get charged. Still closed 2+ hours early though.

Asked for extra cheese sauce on the breakfast bacanator and there was barely any sauce on it. The bun was falling apart, the food was cold, the cheese wasnt even melted. The big red headed guy at the cash register had an attitude. Sad place.
