Haven’t been here in years. Over all pretty good for the price. Chicken was a tad tough.

Out of 4 ppl no one could finish 1 bite of food. Money down the drain. We could have eaten out of a dumpster and had a better dinner. I should have know with the sign that says no refunds ! The lady was nice at register. the eating area was small and cramped and half way clean idk if it has a bathroom I didn’t want to see what it looked like after to dinning room food wait wasn’t too long .I would not recommend this place total waste of money and time and a huge disappointment.

Edit: Anyone who thinks the food is good, doesn’t have a good sense of taste or flavor. Or just never had good chinese.
I’m not originally from here so maybe I’m a bit biased, but I’m going to be very critical here, do not eat here. My girlfriend and I got the Pork Lo Mein and General chicken. The pork lo mein was rubbery and greasy with no flavor. The general chicken was “fried” but the breading was wet and falling off the chicken, not how many places should. And the sauce itself was a soup. The fried rice looked and tasted like they just threw a little bit of soy sauce in there. I’d rather pay for frozen dinners over eating here, because it’d be better quality.
I’ve been to lots of asian restaurants and worked in some too, this one is on the list of never go back and steer clear of. Threw it all in the trash after a few bites.
Service was good from the employees, but the chefs just cant cook. Just give you watered down disappointment.

This place is simply awesome. Prices are unbeatable and it’s the best cashew chicken I have had in the Springfield area. Such a great little Chinese spot for an unbeatable price.

I hadn’t been here in a long time and decided to give them another chance. Food was awful, I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be so much better. I had to spit out almost all the pieces of chicken. The egg roll was ice cold like always. Ordered a side of fried rice and it was also cold. The chicken was hot at least but every piece was bad. I don’t ever want to go back.

WONDERFUL! One of the BEST Chinese around with pretty good prices! Crab Rangoons CANT BE BEAT! Good options for eating, got the General Chicken and rice WORTH IT! Restaurant was ok but food was amazing!

Overall, everything was okay. The young man placing the orders was great! Some of the other staff was not the greatest. And I know getting Sriracha was a little difficult for awhile, and most Asian restaurants would not give any out. But it’s not difficult to find Sriracha currently. They either didn’t have it, or didn’t want to give any out. So, I then asked for traditional chili sauce & it was wild to see the man’s reaction. He definitely did not want to give us any. But he reluctantly gave us 2 of the tiniest amounts ever. But make no mistake about it, he did not want to! (I’ll include a picture.) I had heard wonderful things about their “Springfield Style Cashew Chicken”. I don’t personally agree that it’s one of the absolute best in Springfield, but it was pretty good. The Beef Lo Mein was very bland. We both were very pleased with the crab Rangoon.

Pretty good. We always get Springfield style cashew chicken when in town. The owner was really friendly. They do not have Sriracha sauce, so he gave me a hot chili sauce. My husband did not like the hot sauce, but I did. There were a few pieces of chicken that had a very strange texture. I don’t do well with odd textures. I still ate all but the two like that I found.

The food was absolutely disgusting. The broccoli and beef tasted watery. The general chicken was not at all general chicken, it tasted horrible i could only take one bite. Honestly the meat didnt even taste like real meat. Its aggravating to pay 50 dollars for food that i couldnt even stand to eat.

I’m not usually one to review places, especially since Canton Inn has been one of my family’s favorite places to go for lunch. But today… I went and got a large order of chicken fried rice and got about 1/4 the way down the carton and realized I was staring at a rather large, pinky nail sized cockroach. I spent $11 and although the rice was good, up to this point, I had to throw the rest away and probably will not be back again
