I’ve been ordering pickup from TGI Fridays regularly, and I have to say the experience has been consistently excellent every single time. The food always comes out fresh, well-prepared, and delicious — you can really tell they put care into what they serve. Even though I usually do pickup, the staff still make the experience feel welcoming. I’m always greeted when I walk in, and the team is friendly, efficient, and professional.
One thing I truly appreciate is the consistency. No matter when I order, the quality of the food is always on point and ready on time. It makes pickup quick, easy, and reliable, which I really value with my busy schedule. Overall, great food, great service, and a consistently positive experience. Highly recommend!

Decent food but terribly slow service, dining room was empty and we didn’t order much but it took over an hour to recieve even a salad or our appetizers which all came out at the same time. Manager seems disinterested and is visible but on his phone, after 40 minutes most of my party was doing the classic looking around trying to catch someone attention to ask for an update and we were ignored… when the food came out one of our party had to wait an additional 15 minutes after the rest of us got our food for his boneless chicken to arrive. Took almost 2 hours from start to finish with only about 25 minutes of that time being us actually eating the rest either waiting for our meals or waiting for boxes and the check.

I have dined at this location multiple times over the past several months. And every time was a great/good experience, to which my friend and I have tipped minimum 20% but almost always 22% (max tip that their handheld units would allow).
Today was honestly THE WORST experience, my friend and I have EVER experienced in DINING. The female afternoon manager was so unaccommodating and uninformed of TGIFs own policies. Literally SHOCKING!
Over the past couple of months, I have ordered the Christmas Trio, but with slight modifications (instead of fries, more tater tots, less chicken but an extra slider and no cheese due to my dietary restrictions) to which they have always gladly accommodated.
Today, they couldn’t. Not a big deal. I eventually end up ordering a whiskey glaze burger with fries (no salt and no cheese), since they would not accommodate exchanging the fries for tater tots (which I absolutely love).
When the burger came out, there was no Whiskey Glaze at all. This was also the same for my friend who also ordered a regular Whiskey Burger with cheese and broccoli/vegetables (no Whiskey Glaze at all and he had to ask for it).
According to the waitress the Whiskey Glaze had salt, that’s why she didn’t have the kitchen put it on the burger – would have been helpful if she had stated that when I placed the order, since I would have chosen something else.
In the end, I ate the plain hamburger with the fries (which had salt on them, but that may have come from the oil fryer).
I asked for the bill and presented (2) $5 Elf Buck certificates/coupons (which were given to my friend and I after we were overcharged for a Caesar Salads (Menu Price 11.99, charged us $16.49 but instead of doing the refund that day, they gave us these Elf Bucks to use the next time we came in, which we obviously accepted due to the great/good service we had received the several times before).
The waitress came back and stated for the record, that we could only use ONE of the $5 Elf Buck certificate/coupon per visit. This is when I asked to speak to the female afternoon manager again, because now this was getting pretty ridiculous.
Nate, the kitchen manager came over and apologized, took the 2nd $5 Elf Bucks certificate/coupon and applied it to the check (in fact he gave us an $11.60 discount). He also stated that it was his last day at TGIF – Stoughton location. 🙁
Nate was the ONLY person who knew TGIFs policy and I definitely want to wish him well at his next job.
We paid the bill using cash ($34 on a $29 Check, approximately 17%), even though the service and experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
After reaching home, I examined the photos of the (2) $5 Elf Bucks certificates/coupons (my instincts told me to take a photo before handing our waitress the certificates/coupons) and it is clear as day as to how many certificates/coupons can be used per transaction/visit.
Conclusion: In my opinion, the new manager is NOT ready to fully manage this location and singling out customers and making false policies (or NOT knowing TGIFs policies), because for whatever reason you do NOT like them (which my friend & I never gave her any reason not to), is why my friend & I will NOT return to this location and as Good Samaritan, please be aware of how you are treated and how much you are charged, if you choose to dine here.

Me and my husband come here after our long night of Combat sports. We LOVE coming when Katrina is here. We kinda know her schedule so we show up mostly on the nights she’s working. She’s super attentive, polite and friendly. She’s an amazing bartender. We love Katrina!!! We also had to pleasure to meet the new training bartender Justin, him and Katrina share similar qualities. Very attentive and friendly. I’m not particularly a regular anywhere, and it’s nice to be a regular here.

Have been local to this area for a while and wanted to try out T.G.I . Fridays. I have been reviewing restaurants and such across the U.S for over 5 years now. When I drove to park I noticed an all you can eat special for $14.99 + Tax per person featuring roughly 10 appetizers from a fairly wide selection of food. I was seated promptly but a little disappointed the host had an air-pod in seemed disassociated and not to pleased. Had excellent kind and pleasant service from the bar tender who served me my meal. I started off with the recommended whiskey glaze boneless wings. The wings unfortunately were mostly all undercooked and a few even pink. The server apologized profusely and looked worried as if this had happened before, she was very kind and understanding of everything. The manager and another server apologized for the inconvenience and everyone seemed kind and genuinely sincere. Any-whom; the kitchen remade my wings which this time around were above average and thankfully cooked thoroughly. I ordered some of the other appetizers such as the pork potstickers, fried green beans, pretzel bites and the mozzerella sticks.
I found the mozzerella sticks to be above average as they were cooked to near perfection with an excellent cheese pull.
Overall the food is marginal at best but there are some tastier courses than others.
I was quite fond of the lucrative and impressive decorations for the holiday seasons I really enjoyed the environment and relaxed tempo of this establishment. I also really enjoyed the kind, and polite hospitality across the board for the most part.
Overall I think this establishment has room to improve from obvious signs of worry annoyance and distress from some employees but it will take some time to get the pieces in order. I hope and would not be surprised to see substantial improvement in the near future

Great service and food. Our server Patrick was very respectful and attentive. Checking in frequently but not in an annoying way lol and aware. He notices when your drink is almost empty and already brings you one before you can even ask. Michelle, the manager also was friendly and you can tell the employees enjoy her as a manager.

I love everything about this place. I’ve been coming for a very long time, never a bad experience. Any time I order out though, they need to put covers on their ice cream. As this is the second time I’ve ordered out from them, both desserts I ordered didn’t have covers on their ice cream bowls, so they spilled all inside the box with my desserts before I got home.
Other than that, I love everything they do, amazing service, food, vibes.

I’m a regular here—coming in 3 to 4 times a week on average—and the service is consistently outstanding every single time.
Katrina and Izzy are hands down some of the best bartenders around: professional, friendly, attentive, and they always make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They remember their regulars, keep the atmosphere positive, and handle a busy bar with ease.
The waitstaff as a whole deserves major recognition as well. Everyone is always polite, respectful, and on point, no matter how busy it gets. The consistency is what really stands out—great service isn’t occasional here, it’s the standard.
Being right across the street from our facility, this location has become a go-to spot, and it’s 100% because of the people. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, great energy, and a team that truly cares about their customers, this TGI Fridays delivers every time.
On top of the great service, 50¢ wings on Monday and Thursday is an absolute win. Great food, great value, and a perfect reason to keep coming back.
