I stopped by this Panera for an iced caramel latte and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service. The young lady at the counter was welcoming and took my order as soon as I walked in. My drink was ready in just two to three minutes, which was impressive. The latte itself had a smooth, well-balanced caramel flavor—definitely enjoyable.
However, I did notice that the drink station could have been cleaner, as there were some sticky spots around the condiment area. A little extra attention to tidiness would enhance the overall experience.
On a positive note, this location has a lovely outdoor seating area, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee.

Went inside and ordered a cheese soufflé. I didn’t think to check it before I left. Got home ready to dig in. HORRIBLE!!!!! Why would you burn it and serve it like that?

My actual rating would be a 4.5* ONLY because it is pretty expensive. You get a decent amount of food, but it’s quite pricey.
I got the bacon turkey bravo and the corn chowder. The chowder was a bit spicy (I’m a wimp), but still yummy!
Hubs got the black forest and gouda sandwich and the broccoli cheddar. So delish!
He also got the “Charged” mango yuzu lemonade and he really liked it, but it was expensive!
Overall, we liked what we got and even took home leftover soup. Yum!

This is the second time I’ve ordered soup and ordered the baguette with it and they dont have it. When I’ve asked about it because I ordered it, I have been told we dont have any. My problem with this is… i dont want my soup with a apple or chips. Its disappointing when you find out they dont have something you ordered as you check your order for accuracy. This is sad. How do you not have bread at a bread restaurant? Panera- No Bread.

Came into the store yesterday to my surprise my food was not ready although I had ordered it online 30 minutes prior. And no one was in line. No line in the front no line in the rear. Then when I got my food, I got the dipper sandwich and they only gave me less than a half a cup of dipping sauce so I didn’t even have enough sauce for the other half of my sandwich. Poor customer service.

I really like coming to this Panera Bread! The vibe inside is always super chill — it’s the perfect spot to relax, get some work done on my laptop, or just enjoy some quiet time. The staff are friendly, the food and drinks are consistently good, and I never feel rushed or interrupted. It’s become one of my go-to spots for both productivity and a peaceful break. Highly recommend!

Most of the tables were empty when we arrived, very few people, so it was quiet. However the majority of the empty tables were dirty. We were there nearly two hours and no one came to clean the two tables that were across from us. It wasn’t busy, no excuse. Do better.

I’m usually a fan of Panera Bread, but my recent visit was a major letdown. The food I ordered was, honestly, disgusting. The quality didn’t live up to my expectations, and the taste was off. Maybe it was a bad day for Panera, but for now, I’m rethinking my loyalty to this usually reliable spot.

#AVOID AVOID THIS LOCATION !!!! It’s the Rudest Panera bread ever!!! and they never get my online order right ! And never I mean never have bread ! I decided to give them a try tonight after being out of town for months and it’s not better and if the servers don’t like their job they really need to find another place to work !! And I promise I will never come to this one again wasted my hard earned money on a 3 spoonfuls of soup not even a whole bowl and no bread or anything for it ! Food is not worth money at this location so Avoid Avoid if I could cancel this and get my money back I would !!
