i never thought the day would come where i delete my 5-star review for this taco bell and replace it with this one, but i had a TERRIBLE experience tonight. our order was completely wrong after i waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be treated coldly. i go to this taco bell at least once a week and it’s always amazing. great food, great service, but tonight i’m angry. because i received a messed up nacho bell grande instead of my loaded beef nachos and we ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito, also made incorrectly and with chicken instead of beef. i HATE demanding my money back but i feel as though i have no other option right now.

I’m not sure why this particular Taco Bell has a mediocre rating…it must be the time of day that people are going or the customer service . All I know is I stopped here on my way home from work one night to order me the Chicken Cantina Bowl and when I say the person who made my bowl overloaded it to perfection and left me no room for complaints…he/she did just that . I am thoroughly impressed with how much they stuffed my bowl & I’d probably eat at Taco Bell more often if they didn’t skimp on the portions . Whoever made my bowl needs to show every Taco Bell employee how to prepare a bowl .

The cashier was very nice here. Here at 1pm. He was very courteous. Exactly the kind of customer service I expect. Update* Went there today around 530pm (5/24/25) and ordered the chicken nuggets. HORRIBLE. Tasted like they had been cooked several times in burnt grease. When I asked to swap them out, the lady with red and black hair was so extremely rude, it made me so mad because I was being nice. She had NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. Will not order if I see that crew from today there again. No excuse for the way she acted. Will not waste my money on the chicken again.

I feel completely awful for the employees. As soon as my friend and I came in for lunch, an employee’s mother came in and screamed at one of the employees after he told her to clock out early due to not working. They all were professional about it, and we applauded them for their professionalism through this, and I hope this one employee and her mom learn a lesson through this type of thing.

Slow service. Employees just joking and laughing in the back taking their time. Im not really one to complain about service times to offen but this place just got to me. There was only a couple ppl in the lobby . Food was great though. Guess they have that going for them.

Don’t go here! Couple days ago I came to this Taco Bell, asked the lady at the speaker to make sure my food was fresh and they actually fill up the cheese cup because they never do, and she literally laughed at me. Called and spoke ti a manager when I got home because they forgot the chalupa, and this picture was my burrito. Manager said ti come back and they’d replace the whole order. I came back tonight, one manager said she couldn’t afford to replace any orders because of all of the complaints they’ve been getting. Then spoke with the store manager, and he told me he’d only replace two items out of the whole order that the original one said they’d replace. This was my last chance at coming to this Taco Bell. Lost all my respect. DO NOT GO HERE.

I’m hoping that somebody sees this and changes things. I ordered this, and there’s barely any chicken on it. You want to know the kicker? I ordered it with extra chicken. Do you understand that it costs almost another $2 to get extra chicken and there’s barely anything on it. I expected it to be packed, yet I don’t think there’s even one full portion of chicken on this. And unfortunately, it seems like it’s a problem at every single Taco Bell you go to. It’s like there’s not a single Taco Bell in the entire country that is worth a darn anymore.
