I LOVE this place. The ramen are so good. The staff are friendly and quick. I never had to wait much for anything. I drive almost 2 hours to get there everytime and I’m never dissapointed. My only complaint is how small the place is it can feel a little crowded when there’s the supper rush, other than that, it’s probably my favorite ramen spot so far. Took most of my friends there and they are never dissapointed either.

Had the red miso ramen and it was excellent. The broth was well balanced lightly spicy and sweet with great aromatics. The addition of carrots was a nice touch. The broth to noodle ratio was also on point which seems to be a miss in other places. Also had the Karaage chicken and it was ok, a bit too oily. The edamame had garlic powder which was an interesting addition. Overall recommended.

My wife and I tried Ramen Isshin for the first time and we both loved it. We shared a couple Korokke for appetizers then had the spicy and regular miso ramen and everything was great. The staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed my visit to Ramen Isshin in Brossard. The service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is cozy without being too loud or crowded. I tried the Black Garlic Shio ramen and it was amazing—super flavorful without being too heavy. The broth had great depth and the noodles were cooked just right. Definitely recommend that one if you’re not sure what to try. Will be coming back for sure!

the place is a bit too dark, a bit too small, still ok to sit down. For the ramen, soup based is very good, not too salty, we don’t find thristy after the meal. Ramen itself is chewable, not soft. Also, it is so fun to grind the seasame.

The staff deserve special recognition for their attentiveness and knowledge. Our server patiently explained unfamiliar dishes and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. The food arrived promptly, and was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great first experience.
Came in at 11am and the place was empty. Got served immediately by a friendly waiter and the food arrived swiftly.
I chose fried chicken Karaage for entrance and a red miso ramen bowl with an extra egg.
Food was hot, tasty and plenty.
10/10 would recommend and will return.
