I’m writing to share a very upsetting experience I had with a recent order from PF Chang’s.
I ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which is normally one of my favorite menu items. I’m currently pregnant and have been dealing with nausea, so this was one of the few things I felt I could eat. When I received my order, I immediately noticed the lettuce leaves were brown and appeared to have residue on them. After checking a few of the leaves more closely, I unfortunately found a bug on one of them.
This made me feel instantly sick, and I was unable to eat the rest of my meal. Given my pregnancy, this experience was especially distressing and concerning from a food safety standpoint.
I’ve always enjoyed PF Chang’s and have never had an issue like this before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. At this point, I’m honestly unsure if I could order this item again after what happened.

I’ve eaten at several PF Chang’s before, including this location, and today we decided to grab a quick bite after some shopping.
When we arrived (around 4:30/5 PM), we weren’t even sure they were open—it was extremely empty. There was one large party of about 15 and a few scattered tables of two. Very quiet for a Sunday. We were seated right next to the large party.
After about 20 minutes (possibly longer), no one came by to bring water or even greet us. I thought maybe they were short-staffed, but the restaurant was practically empty. We waited another 10 minutes before I went to the bar to order my own drink.
All of the staff were gathered at the bar on their phones, chit-chatting with the bartender, who did acknowledge me—but she was moving at a snail’s pace. If the restaurant had been busy, there’s no way she would’ve been able to keep up. I sat another 10 minutes waiting for her to take my order. When she finally did, she asked to see my partner’s and my ID—no problem. I walked back across the restaurant to grab it, but still no one ever came to the table.
After watching the staff hanging out at the bar on their phones, the bartender casually eating a Hershey bar while making drinks, and even noticing blue tape on her fingers, we decided it was best to leave.
As we grabbed our things, the woman bussing tables (who seemed to be the only one actually working) offered to help us, but she was already doing enough. We politely declined and headed out to Copper Hawk.
Overall, highly disappointed in the lack of customer service, staff attentiveness, and overall cleanliness of this location.

Bridgette at the Annapolis town center was attentive, polite, and a refreshing sense of humor! I would definitely come back and ask for her!
Pan fried pork dumplings were delicious. Perfect amount of spicy and a tiny bit of sweet!
Changs spicy chicken was AMAZING as always! Tender chicken with again the perfect amount of spice. Brown rice cooked perfectly.

I’ve been a PF Changs lover for over 15 years. I decided to treat myself last night to uber eats delivery order from there. The kung pao shrimp was easily the worst thing I’ve had in a long time. The shrimp was rubbery and fishy, which means it’s either over cooked or not fresh. It was such a disappointment that I will not be visiting this PF changs again. Also, I ordered tuna sushi rolls that were half filled, mostly rice. See pictures. Save your money and go somewhere worth it.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s in Annapolis, all thanks to Amanda at the bar. She is truly one of the sweetest bartenders we have ever met.
From the moment we sat down, she went above and beyond. She was incredibly attentive, genuine, and warm. She didn’t just serve us, she connected with us. Her energy was so positive and uplifting, and she was smiling and happy the entire time. It honestly made our night.
We were so touched by how much she cares about her guests. When we complimented her service, she became emotional, which just showed how genuine and heartfelt she truly is. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and pours her heart into creating a great experience.
Amanda is a true asset to P.F. Chang’s Annapolis. It has been a while since we’ve experienced such awesome customer service, I ran to create this review! If you’re lucky enough to sit at the bar and have her as your server, you’re in for a wonderful experience.

The food is delicious and I’m grateful for the server, Harmony, who assured me that their gluten free item are prepared and served with care. I have Celiac Disease and Harmony was very gracious and kind answering a whole bunch of questions. I’ll come back again!

Stopped in for some hot and sour soup. It’s one of the best I’ve had. Never get the cup, always get the bowl. They say it serves 4 but if your hungry, it serves one to two. If it’s an appetizer, then four for sure, maybe five. Brought home some meals to go for the kids.

It’s nice restaurant but food wasn’t great as much as we expected it to be. The fried chicken has too much batter and seems it had been double fried. The Mongolian beef and shrimp dumplings are good. However, the teriyaki chicken wasn’t that good. Our server forgot my husband’s beer and it took a while for my sangria to be served. The restaurant wasn’t full but the service during our visit was slow. This will be our last visit to this branch.

It was very delicious Mongolian Beef! You should definitely try Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon and Mongolian Beef together. Soup and house salad was good. Sushi was okay. Waiter Tucker was so nice and helpful but he didn’t have any help so after 3 4 tables, he had to take care of everyone and it made him slower (But not his fault at all!). For the parking, they have their own but if it is full you can go to town center’s parking garage.
