Completely useless. Always get my order wrong. Love the burgers. Hate the service. Sick of wasting my money here. Literally got a plain whopper with nothing on it but meat and cheese which wasnt at all what I ordered. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Train your employees better or throw them away and try again.

Last night I went to the burger King drive thru the person working the drive through was excellent shes was not only very professional but very helpful as well her name was Mariah I pull up to the drive thru window to pay for my order she opens the window and asks me if she could give my child an ice cream cone I said sure so this girl bless her heart gives my daughter the ice cream cone and asks if she wants a crown at this point I have a very happy 8 year old she excitedly says yes and the girl gives her the crown she was very polite and totally made my daughter’s night. Not everyone is like this especially in fast food but this girl was amazing and definitely deserves the recognition and a raise lol. Mariah if you end up reading this thank you I had, had a really rough day and your kindness and professionalism reminded me that even on bad days something or someone can make it better just by being kind so thank you so much.

My husband and I went in. We are elderly. They have the new touch screen to order on. I asked for help to order and was told if I would give the employee a minute he would come help. No people at the pick up window. Waited a reasonable time. No service so we left. I will not be back.

This is a well run restaurant. They are wicked fast, still friendly, its pretty clean and the food always tastes fresh and well made.
Shout out to Mariah she was so nice to my girls and I, even though we were pretty slow and indecisive during the dinner rush. Great customer service.

To piggieback off of the last review. The food is Burger King, but what this place truly has to offer is amazing staff. My husband and I were eating here at least once a week for the perks, but also my hubby loved visiting with the staff.

I’m going to be super honest and tell you that this review has nothing to do with the food. The food is fine and your usual Burger King food, but the reason I am writing this is because the SERVICE at this little fast-food place is quite frankly some of the best in this entire town.
It’s not easy to be cheery, friendly, and kind at 7am on a Friday morning, but by god, these folks do it! (Also without being creepy and forcibly friendly.) Somehow the folks at the place manage to be little angels in disguise on some of your worst days. (They literally gave me a paper crown on one of my worst days, and damn, if it didn’t make me feel better!)
I cannot tell you how many times I was dreading going to work and I was feeling low, but my day was made better by someone at this Burger King just being KIND. There is a LOT much more expensive and ‘fine-dining’ restaurants could learn from the folks that work there, or maybe just people in general. They are genuinely kind and seem to be happy to help you and see you when you arrive. Maybe that is the best take out to get from this branch, the power of kindness and the joy in interacting with happy people. Our world seems to be getting harder and more disconnected every day, so to find a random place that serves joy with a breakfast sandwich is pretty dang amazing.
There are more than a few of their employees who I have interacted with, and every single one of them has been so much nicer than one could ever expect of someone in fast food to be at 7am.
So, I hope the big managers in the Burger King sky will take note of my little review, and well if not, I hope that you’ll swing by and get a little something from them. I truly hope they’ll make your day better just like they did for me.

Cha King chicken sandwich. A bit of a let down. But will try again. I mark this experience with worker laziness. This sandwich has so much potential. I recived a TWICE DIPPED SANDWICH. Which basically means the breast was done But was DIPPED in the fryer aging to heat up. This gives the breast a darker look heavy taste of oil and all around bad taste. So I was pretty bummed. Fresh I bet this sandwich is good.

There’s 30 soda options on these remix machines, and they were out of 24 of them? Enployees hanging out waiting for orders… What’s the deal? Out of syrup? Put up a sign at least.
Restaurant was reasonably clean and food was OK, but overpriced. I know everywhere is expensive now, but I could pay the same at red robin across the street for more (and better) food at a similar price. On price alone, we won’t be back.
If I pick a restaurant with a play-place to treat my toddler to a fun lunch, I also don’t want teens running around on equipment marked and made for small kids: employees need to keep that from happening.
