Stopped into 12 Ocean Grill for lunch and had an absolutely outstanding fish & chips. As a restaurant owner myself, I really appreciate when the basics are executed at a high level – and this was exactly that.
The fish was perfectly cooked: light, crispy batter on the outside, flaky and fresh on the inside, with fries that were hot, well-seasoned, and clearly cooked with care. Nothing greasy, nothing rushed — just really well done food.
Great vibe, friendly service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they put on the plate. If you’re anywhere near Seabrook and craving seafood, this is a no-brainer. I’ll definitely be back.

Wow! This place is fantastic – the food, service, price, atmosphere, and staff are all top-notch. The food is incredible, and the location is quite unassuming. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was pleasant. The lighting is a bit on the darker side, but it’s comfortable. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. I had the fish and chips, and she had the coconut shrimp with a side salad. We also shared some delicious crispy onion rings. Unfortunately, I heard about the famous seafood chowder from another diner a bit too late. We will definitely be returning!

We had such a wonderful time at 12 Ocean Grill. We had a party of 12. The service was outstanding, the food was hot and delicious. The service was perfect. We will be back to have our family gathering here. ❤️

I have been there a bunch of times and it’s always been Fantastic?!?? Today must have been a different cook or an off day ??? Baked lobster came out over cook with no butter left in dish? Had to ask for mealed butter ??? 10 oz ribeye was more like prime rib??

Their seafood chowder is one of the best Ive ever had! We also got the fisherman’s platter and it was good but not as crispy as I would’ve liked. Staff is friendly. We like all the tvs and the big bar plus Keno. We will be back!

Shhhhh, this place is a hidden gem. Lobster roll for $7.99? How good could it be? OMG … awesome. Lots of meat, no fillers, just the right amount of mayo. And the seafood chowder is just right. Loaded with seafood and great flavor. Burgers, steak, fries, haddock sandwich are all excellent, too.

I was born and raised in RI and I said we have the best chowder but I was wrong…12 Ocean Grill has hands down the best seafood chowder in New England!! I also got fish tocos…I lived in FL with Mahi Tuna and again 12 Ocean Grill was better..the service was icing on the cake! Recommend them 1010 percent…I will make the trip anyday!!

Didn’t realize this was more of a sports bar/resturant. Not a bad thing just didn’t expect to sit near a TV as big as the wall! Great for game days and I went on the day of Tom Bradys statue reveal which was nice to see on the big screen. Food was just ok. I did enjoy the pretzel bites, could of been a little warmer to me. Ask for the spicy mustard as well!! The lobster roll was just ok, the sweet potato fries I enjoyed the most! They were excellent!!
