Went thru the drive thru, was asked to pull aside and wait – nothing special, just 2 sausage muffins with cheese & a sausage burrito with mild sauce, well actually NO mild sauce, they forgot it AGAIN. Oh, and NO napkins either. So while they are waiting (on whatever it was) they STILL didn’t put the sauce & napkins in the bag.
My advice? (and I need to take my own advice) Check your bag!
(However, in “my” defense, my husband pulled out before I could look in the bag… )

Every single time I come to this McDonald the fries are either not done fully or over cooked or refried you can clearly tell… the chicken nuggs are never done fully neither are the burgers you shouldn’t see pink in them at all I’m so over it y’all need new employees at night that want to work and do there job right

We ordered two extra large caramel frappe with extra caramel, and they didn’t even attempt to put any extra at all. And they gave us a large door dash bag for hotcakes instead of the plastic bags that they are meant to use. They took so long to make our frappes, and didn’t even give us the extra that we had to pay for. As someone who works at another McDonald’s, this place seems very unprofessional and clearly not trained well.

By far the best high tech restaurant in Lisbon “the only high tech” shout out to Josh who tried so hard to get us to use the mobile order but we instead chose to talk to him instead of a screen and pay him in cash.
Recently remodeled as a modern McDonald’s with typical duel drive thru lanes. Very pleasant inside. The hanging plants inside are green.
Make sure you bring your chain saw with you to open the peanuts if you get a sundae because the package was indestructible (we ended up throwing ours away)
While the food probably isn’t healthy for us, it did taste good.
McDonald’s also needs better quality control on the ketchup dispensers. Lately it always comes out pinkish and bubbly as if the vinegar has gone rancid. They must already be aware of this since this location had ketchup packets out next to the dispenser..
Leaving 4 stars only because the sign is still the old style and does not match the building decor and also cause the peanuts were too difficult to open.

Last two times I’ve gone they’ve messed up my orders. Or shorted me food. Also ordered a large fry and this is what they gave me. Which happens more often than not.

Drive threw worker was extremely rude. I started to place my order and he asked if that completed the order, I replied no just a please. He quickly gave me a total for the partial and when I told him there was more to the order he got an attitude and said ” if you’re going to yell at me pull up to the first window” I pull up and he had a manager there, they would not take the rest of my order so I cancelled the order. This same individual working the drive thru is rude when he’s working at the counter as well. McDonald’s lost my business whenever he’s working
