Today’s OLO was nice and smooth for my meal but the last three times I DoorDashed from here the people were inattentive and late so I dropped every one of them. My all American Burger was delicious though and the boneless was decent. Definitely not the best but the order was correct and hit the door in the allotted time but the whole thing wasn’t worth the $3 tip.

Went here Saturday for lunch and it was a nice overall experience,especially with our server Liz who was very attentive and offered a selection of sauces for my boneless wings that I found to be an excellent choice. My son had a bacon cheeseburger and he said it was real good. I don’t eat out as much anymore and I know things change quickly and it was nice to have someone give me some options. Good servers are a valuable resource and I appreciate that. My son and I had a nice lunch date here. Thank you.

Ordered a salad through door dash, instead of putting the dressing on the side it was all over the salad so by the time I got it it was soggy and almost non-ediable, the grilled chicken was so over cooked it couldn’t be chewed. We normally love this location but just because an order is for delivery should not effect the quality this much.

We came in at 9:45 in the evening on March 4 of 2026. Since we never got any food, I cannot say whether the food was good or not. We sat at the bar for over 20 minutes without being greeted. There was 6 people at the bar and 4 people sat without drinks or being acknowledged at all. There were multiple people behind the bar who served other customers without serving us. Very disappointed and definitely will not be back.

I will start with saying when the food is prepared right it is delicious! However the hostess acts as a gatekeeper for the manager and is not professional about it! When asking for the manager she said “why” then hung up when she wasn’t told why!!! Darla, the manager, is not able to diffuse a customer who’s order is missing several items, in fact she tried to make excuses for their mistakes making things much worse! As a previous restaurant manager of more than 20 years, I know how important it is to keep the customer calm and ready to come back!!! I will eat at other Buffalo Wild Wings but until Dickson gets it staff right I will not be going back here!!!

Ordered Take-Out, this is the fifth or sixth time I’ve eaten at this location. I thought giving a ‘third chance on the wings’ would be sufficient – I was wrong…. Wings were small and cold again. Very disappointed – will go get wings off Ming’s Buffett before I get them again from BWW/Dickson.

It’s a good place to go if you’re craving for a chicken wings as this is usually the popular restaurant for this kind of food to come and dine.Service is good and friendly staff. Although my husband has a little concerned on the crispiness of the skin as loves that way. That’s why, next time we gonna have to tell to make more crispy so it will meet his expectation.Overall experience is good somehow!

Took forever for food to come out and then i ordered a to go meal and they completely got it wrong and charged me for a whole lot more than they gave me. I shouldn’t have to check my food. I was halfway back to my house when I realized it wasn’t all there. Not to mention the terrible service it took our waiter 30 minutes to bring our food out after we had ordered and then another 40 for the to go meal that they shorted us on and didn’t even get right

Ordered traditional and boneless wings, the traditional were Soo small cooked way too long, the boneless were more crunchy coating than chicken. Was charged $1.50 for barely a tablespoon of cheese dip on my fries, Soo not worth the price. PIZZA HUT wings are far superior
